- CBS remains the main home of the American Football Conference (AFC) and the star quarterbacks in that conference, featuring must-see games in television's most-watched window (4:25 PM ET)
- More contests with the two-time defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs than any other network/station - including vs. Bengals (Week 2) and at the Bills (Week 11) and robust NFC games highlighted by the Eagles at Cowboys game (Week 1)
CBS Sports, the chief television network of record regarding the American Football Conference (AFC), recently announced their 101-game regular season schedule for their 65th season of NFL coverage, which will be followed by four postseason games -- two Wild Card games, one AFC Divisional Playoff game & the AFC Championship Game.
The 2024 NFL on CBS regular season schedule is accentuated by signature contests in the 4:25 PM ET national doubleheader game window, the most-watched window in all of television with nearly 25 million viewers. CBS Sports will have 10 national Sunday doubleheader windows this season, starting in Week 2 with the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs hosting the Bengals in a showdown between the two franchises that have represented the AFC in the Super Bowl in each of the five years (Kansas City in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 & Cincinnati in 2021).

The 4:25 PM ET game window is spotlighted by more top-notch games featuring AFC teams - including Chiefs vs. Bills (Week 11), Eagles vs. Ravens (Week 13), & Bills vs. Lions (Week 15) - and also some key NFC teams playing in this very important national window - including Eagles vs. Cowboys (Week 10) & Packers vs. Rams (Week 5). The NFL on CBS will finish out the 2024 regular season campaign very well with a national doubleheader in three of the season's last four regular season weeks.

The Chiefs, who have won the last two Super Bowls (including Super Bowl LVIII on CBS this past February), are scheduled to appear on CBS at least eight teams this season, at least twice more than any other network. The Chiefs have at least four 4:25 PM ET NFL on CBS doubleheader slots in the bag, showing off key conference and divisional matchups. Furthermore, the Bills, Steelers & Ravens will have eight CBS games of their own this season.
As the primary home for AFC games, the 2024 NFL on CBS schedule possess a ridiculous amount of top-tier and star quarterbacks including Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, Bengals QB Joe Burrow, Texans QB C.J. Stroud, Chargers QB Justin Herbert, Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa, Bills QB Josh Allen & Jets QB Aaron Rodgers.

As per usual, CBS will once again televise a national game on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28. At 12:30 PM (ET) that day, a NFC North rivalry takes place as Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions host 2024 NFL Draft #1 pick Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears.

The schedule is once again anchored at the 1:00 PM ET window by an amazing slate of divisional rivalries, 2023 playoff teams and interconference games.
The group of AFC teams that CBS plans on featuring heavily in particular include the Bills, Steelers, Ravens, Bengals, Jets, Dolphins with a regular presence of NFC teams including the Packers, Eagles, 49ers, Giants, Bears, Lions, Rams & Vikings.

There will not be a doubleheader for CBS. They'll be showing the US open.
ReplyDelete@Mark T. Hey, man. FOX will indeed have the only doubleheader in Week 1. And by the way, CBS no longer televises the US Open tennis tournament. CBS stopped showing the tournament back in 2014. The US Open is now televised by ABC/ESPN, with ABC now receiving the rights to men's final (Sunday, September 8 at 2:00 PM ET).
DeleteCBS will just have a regional Sunday (with a game at either 1 PM ET or 4:05 PM ET) that day.
Oh. Why would they just have a singleheader for Week 1? Shouldn't both CBS and Fox get a doubleheader?
Delete@Mark T. CBS and FOX each received a double-doubleheader from 2021-23. However, I believe since Tom Brady is making his analyst debut for FOX this fall, I think FOX requested to have the ONLY doubleheader of Week 1 (and that game turns out to be DAL/CLE).
DeleteBreaking news, bro, that Week 1 double-doubleheader is MOVING to Week 15 as BOTH CBS and FOX will have a national doubleheader that day (CBS will have BUF/DET as the lead late game and FOX will have PIT/PHI as the lead game).
So, CBS and FOX will still get TWO double-doubleheaders each (Week 15 and Week 18 this szn, unlike Week 1 and Week 18 in previous years).
Interesting.

Why are Nantz, Romo and Wolfson calling a late game?
ReplyDelete@Mark T. Mark, Jim Harbaugh is making his Chargers head coaching debut in that game and CBS wanted that game to be the "showcase" game despite it being a 4:05 PM (ET) "late" game and not a 1:00 PM (ET) "early" game.
DeleteOh ok. Harbaugh returning is a huge deal.
DeleteOn November 17th in Week 11, it's the Bengals @ Chargers at 4:25ET/1:25ET. That same week, the Broncos are hosting the Falcons at 4:05ET/2:05MT on FOX.
ReplyDelete@James Moon Error that was fixed. Thank you, James.
DeleteRudy Martzke just announced that Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty and AJ Ross will announce the preseason game between Cardinals and Broncos on August 25 at 3:30 PM ET
ReplyDeleteAndrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty and AJ Ross will call the Cardinals-Broncos preseason game.
ReplyDeleteKinda silly that arguably the best game of week 2 (Browns-Jaguars) is being called by the bottom team (Lewis/Tucker/Guerra).
ReplyDeleteLewis/McCourty/Guerra, rather
DeleteFor Week 2 I thought CBS was gonna let Spero Dedes Do Browns vs Jaguars. Because Spero Dedes Always Does Games Involving 2 "terrible teams"
Delete@MN Formerly so. Since Spero got promoted to #5 a few seasons ago, he now works a higher profile schedule of games. Now Chris Lewis gets to work the bottom of the barrel games as the #7 pxp man.
DeleteI thought that Ian Eagle was a sure bet to call this game, and I'm a little upset that he's calling a mediocre game in Jets-Titans.
DeleteWhen Do We found out Who's Calling Week 4 NFL Doubleheader Games on CBS Between Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos and New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers and Cleveland Browns and Las Vegas Raiders?
ReplyDelete@www.rdw1984.com Unfortunately, we will have to wait until the week of Week 4 (Sept. 23-Sept. 29) to find out. So, at least three weeks, man.
DeleteTom McCarthy has confirmed that he will not be calling a game in week 4, so Beth Mowins will be there instead (likely).

Why do they keep giving Ian Eagle crappy Jets games?
ReplyDelete@Mark T. Mark, I don't know bro. That Week 4 CBS Early slate looks pretty yucky to me. Nothing seems to be catching the eye for me (no pun intended). If you had to assign the Eagle crew to a Week 4 game, which game would you assign them to?
DeleteId say Vikings-Packers or Jaguars-Texans.
DeleteI'm sure Eagle wishes he could've called a better game now
DeleteI'll do agree with Both of You Because I really think CBS should have given Him a Better Game than that.

DeleteYes, I really do agree with You on that One and I really think that He should been given a Day Off.
DeleteAgreed since Miami and Cleveland have been huge disappointments and him calling Vegas-Tampa is a huge reach to begin with. With these changes I'm going to say Dedes calls LV-TB and McCarthy or Mowins calls JAX-TEN.

Why is Jets And Patriots Getting Spero Dedes, i thought spero dedes does games that includes 2 terrible teams, and i thought spero dedes would do panthers and broncos,
ReplyDeleteIt's a pretty stacked week of games and Jets/Pats are too terrible teams. Plus you know it's impossible for an announcer lower than Harlan to call a Chiefs game w/ Mahomes so Spero would never call Chiefs/Raiders

ReplyDeleteMaybe! PIT-WAS could get moved to the 4:25 slot because it’s a big game. PHI-DAL could get moved up to the 1:00 to take It’s place because it’s not as a big of a game, even though it’s a divisional game.
DeleteMaybe So and I would love that and Also, Move Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars Game to CBS from FOX and Put Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts on FOX Instead.
ReplyDeleteMy Week 10 NFL on CBS predictions (now that the Week #10 schedule is locked in and no flexing will happen for this week):
ReplyDelete| * Week 10 - Sunday, November 10 (CBS Doubleheader)
- 1:00 PM ET:
. Steelers at Commanders (Primary) - Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn
. Broncos at Chiefs - Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins
. Bills at Colts - Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty & AJ Ross
- 4:25 PM ET:
. Eagles at Cowboys (Primary) - Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson
. Jets at Cardinals - Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala
|| Analysis:
. Nantz/Romo//Wolfson: I assigned Nantz/Romo//Wolfson Eagles-Cowboys since that's the top game for CBS on this day, regardless of the Cowboys' struggles.
. Eagle/Davis//Washburn: Due to the Jayden Daniels' effect and the Steelers strong 6-2 start, I gave Eagle/Davis/Washburn Steelers-Commanders over Broncos-Chiefs (you could make a powerful argument for Eagle/Davis getting DEN/KC and Harlan/Green getting PIT/WSH)
. Harlan/Green//Collins: Kevin Harlan lives in Kansas City, so Broncos-Chiefs basically is a "home" game for him.
. Catalon/Barber/McCourty//Ross: Two AFC contenders. The Bills are one of the best teams in football, and the Colts are a surprising team.
. Dedes/Archuleta//Kinkhabwala: The Jets-Cardinals game is the worst game on the schedule and thus, I predict the lowest rung crew gets assigned this one.
Totally agree
DeleteAgree on that one.
DeleteWait Harlan lives in KC?
Delete@Mark T. Mark, yes he does. Every time Harlan does a Chiefs game at Arrowhead, there is no travel involved since he can stay at home all week long, prepare for the game, and simply just drive to Arrowhead to do Sunday's game. I wish more announcers could do that, call a "home" game (Kenny Albert lives in New Jersey, for example, so a Giants/Jets game is a "home" game for him).
DeleteThat's so cool. I'm surprised they haven't gotten Tom McCarthy to call an Eagles game yet.
DeleteOkay, That's Fine.
ReplyDeleteI'll think l know Who will be Calling Next Sunday's NFL on CBS Doubleheader Games and It should come no surprise.

Has someone confirmed Nantz won't be calling a Week 12 game? I agree the slate is week but in Week 14 the games are even worse and in Week 12 he and Romo can fall back on the Chiefs like always. I guess they could take a bye in 2 weeks but I just don't see it considering they only took one bye last year and it's late in the season.
DeleteWell Neal, Nantz and Romo are indeed off next week. Makes sense because the schedules week and they're calling 2 games in week 13.
DeleteI Also Think Nantz/Romo/Wolfson Should Take Another Day Off in Week 14, Because Week 14 is just as bad as week 12, my predictions for week 14
ReplyDeleteNYJ-MIA Kevin Harlan
LV-TB Andrew Catalon
JAX-TB Beth Mowins Or Tom McCarthy

It's Right and I really think The Number One Broadcast Team on CBS should get a Much Needed Break Anyway Due to Poor Games so Thank You All for Updating Both CBS and FOX Games for Week 12 Assuming There are No Flexing so Thank You All Again.
ReplyDeleteYes, I really think they should Because Just Like Week 12, Week 14 Doesn't have a Lot of Good Games on the Schedule So Maybe they should take Both Weeks 12 and 14 Off and I do agree with You on that One.
ReplyDeleteI really think At Least One of Those NFL Games on CBS for Week 13 Doubleheader will be Flexed Around This Time Next Week and More Likely Will Be Announced Sometime Next Week.

What Do You Think Mark?
I feel like Chargers-Falcons will get more recognition. Overall, solid predictions.
DeleteI don't know But I'll guessing that Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos could be Flexed Out of ESPN/ABC and Move to CBS for Week 13 and Perhaps Move Los Angeles Chargers and Atlanta Falcons Game Out So I do agree with The Other Games.
ReplyDeleteThank You and I really appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI'll already know Who's Calling Next Sunday's NFL on CBS Regional Action Games and That Announcement Won't Come Until Either Sometime Later Today or Tomorrow.

Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson are off next week as they prepare to call two games in Week 13 (Bears @ Lions on Thanksgiving and Eagles @ Ravens on December 1).
I am not surprised and The Picks are Correct.
DeleteYea they actually gave Nantz and Romo the week off bc that schedule looks bad
ReplyDeleteWith Eagle calling Chiefs Panthers it's likely that Nantz and Romo will call their last Chiefs 2024 regular season game this Sunday unless they get Chiefs Broncos Week 18.
ReplyDeleteThat's Good that They are getting the Week Off and Maybe They will Call Another Kansas City Chiefs Game Probably Week 18 Depending on Playoff Implications.
DeleteWhy do Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson get off week 12 Sunday, November 24th is it because they work Thanksgiving Bears at Lions Tamirmoore?
ReplyDelete@jtcramerdog@gmail.com Nantz, Romo & Wolfson are not working next weekend due to the horrible CBS schedule and the fact that they are working CHI/DET and PHI/BAL Thanksgiving week.
DeleteOk thanks I just didn't see them Friday that's why I asked Philadelphia at Baltimore must be a late game
Delete@jtcramerdog@gmail.com Eagles vs. Ravens in Week 13 is indeed a late game on CBS, with 100% of country set to receive it as that is currently the only late 4:25 PM ET game in the window (with Jim, Tony & Tracy announcing it).
DeleteThanks Tamirmoore I noticed that much like yesterday's Chiefs at Bills game there's no regional coverage at 4:25 that week after Steelers at Bengals in Pittsburgh at 1 which I'm assuming the announcing team'll be announced this week later
DeleteI'll think I'll know Who's Calling Next Sunday's NFL Games on CBS Doubleheader Games.

I am Very Impressed with Most of Those Predictions and In Week 14,I could see Either Ian Eagle or Jim Nantz Do Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals If CBS Doesn't Flex That Game and From Weeks 13 through 15,It looks Okay But Could See Some Changes Possible If There's Any Flexing So Anyone Else Agree With Me on This One as Well?
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely possible.
DeleteTyler Wong has announced the following announcing teams for games on December 1:
ReplyDeleteEarly:
- Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn (Steelers @ Bengals)
- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins (Chargers @ Falcons)
- Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty & AJ Ross (Titans @ Commanders)
- Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala (Colts @ Patriots)
Late:
- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson (Eagles @ Ravens)
That Steelers at Bengals game will the 3rd time in 4 weeks that Ian Eagle, Charles Davis and Evan Washburn do the Steelers why Tamirmoore they did Steelers at Commanders week 10, Steelers vs Ravens week 11 and then after taking tonight off Steelers at Bengals week 13
Delete@jtcramerdog@gmail.com To be honest bro, I don't really know why. Eagle/Davis//Washburn should be doing LAC/ATL next weekend, not PIT/CIN. The Steelers do draw a ton of eyeballs nationally (due to their large fanbase), so that's why CBS assigns the top crews to Steelers games whenever possible.
DeleteI'll think I like the Picks.
ReplyDeleteWith DEN LAC TNF flex here are my Week 16-17 Predictions for now until they finalize schedule
ReplyDeleteWeek 16- (TB DAL to 1 ET on CBS, TEN IND moved to FOX, PHI WSH SNF)
TB DAL- Ian Eagle, Charles Davis (Lead game b/c Bucs will be playing for division)
NE BUF- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green
LAR NYJ- Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber
SF MIA- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo
JAX LV- Spero Dedes, Adam Arch.
Week 17 (LAC NE, DEN CIN, ATL WSH all Saturday tripleheader, ARZ LAR flexed to SNF)
NYJ BUF- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo
MIA CLE- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green
TEN JAX- Spero Dedes, Adam Arch.
LV NO- Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber (Moved to CBS and late window)
I really not sure about Both Weeks 16 and 17 Picks But We will see in a Few Weeks Depending on What CBS Does So I really do like Some of Those Predictions and Like I Said,We will see Coming Up in Weeks from Now and I agree with You on Why Ian Eagle isn't Calling Los Angeles Chargers and Atlanta Falcons Game Next Sunday and I'll think CBS made a Huge Mistake so Most Definitely Should have let Either Kevin Harlan or Andrew Catalon Call Next Sunday's Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals Game So Do Anyone Else think CBS should change it and Anyone Else Agree With Me on Both Weeks 16 and 17 Games that could change?
ReplyDeleteI'll believe that Week 17 between Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football Most Likely Will Be Flexed as Well But That Decision Would have to Be Made by Sometime This Upcoming Week So Do You All Think It will Happen and Agree on This?
ReplyDeleteI really don't know how to Say This But I'll believe that Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions Game that was supposed to be part of NFL on CBS Doubleheader for Week 15 Most Likely Will Be Flexed Unless CBS Protects It But That Decision would have to be Made By Sometime in a Week from This Upcoming Thursday So What Do You All Think of It?
ReplyDeleteHearing that NFL is considering switching Bills Lions to one of the Week 15 MNF games even though CBS will likely protect the game. Just in the event this happens here are my predictions for Week 15 with each game being flexed out
DeleteWeek 15- BUF DET swapped for ATL LV which will go to FOX
KC CLE- Ian Eagle
MIA HOU- Kevin Harlan
BAL NYG- Tom McCarthy
TB LAC moved to CBS- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo (Still a 4:25 ET kick)
NE ARZ- Andrew Catalon
IND DEN- Spero Dedes
BUF DET swapped for CHI MIN which will go to FOX at 1 ET
KC CLE- Ian Eagle
MIA HOU- Kevin Harlan
CIN TEN (moved to CBS)- Spero Dedes
BAL NYG- Tom McCarthy
TB LAC (Still flexed over)- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo
NE ARZ- Andrew Catalon
- FOX takes IND DEN
I'll think that Week 16 Sunday Night Football Matchup Between Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys Game Most Likely Will Be Flexed to CBS Most Definitely So What Do You All Think of This?
ReplyDeleteThe same thing as I'll mentioned But I do think Both CBS and FOX will be Swapping At Least One of Those Games from Both Networks But That Decision won't be Until Next Week So What Do You All Think of It?
ReplyDeleteHere are the CBS announcers for week 14:
ReplyDeleteSingle:
- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson (Browns @ Steelers)
- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins (Jets @ Dolphins)
- Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty & AJ Ross (Jaguars @ Titans)
- Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala (Raiders @ Buccaneers)
- Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn (Seahawks @ Cardinals) (LATE)
Kinda surprised that Nantz & Romo are not calling Seahawks-Cardinals. That game has more meaning than Browns-Steelers, but I digress.
DeleteBrowns all of a sudden are an attractive draw under Jameis as they are a fun team to watch (which makes me all the more surprised they removed their Week 16 TNF game) and I guess the previous snow game and rivalry also inspired this as well. Plus Jim and Tony go to Pittsburgh a lot. Nantz and Romo could call Seahawks in Week 16 if FOX doesn't protect the Vikings Seahawks and CBS wants it as game of the week over Niners Fins.
DeleteI was surprised too as Well.
ReplyDeleteCould Be and It wouldn't be surprised If CBS Does get Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks as the Game of The Week so I could be Wrong But Who Knows? Hopefully NFL makes the Decision by Sometime Next Week. Do Anyone Else Agreed What l have just said?
ReplyDeleteCBS has announced that "The NFL Today", their pregame show, will head to Detroit for week 15 ahead of the game between the Bills and the Lions at 4:25 PM ET that day. This means that CBS has opted to protect that game and will send Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson to Detroit for that game.
ReplyDeleteIt's basically been confirmed that Jim Nantz and company will call Bills-Lions.
ReplyDeleteOkay, That's Good and I am fine with that so Thank You for Posting that.
ReplyDeleteWith Colts Broncos having high stakes for the AFC 7 seed I think Harlan/Green go there in Week 15 and Catalon/Barber go to MIA HOU. I also have Dedes/Arch calling BAL NYG and I guess because of the Cards two straight losses McCarthy/Feely calling NE ARZ.
ReplyDeleteSounds Good Predictions to Me for Next Sunday's Week 15 NFL Games on CBS and Most Definitely Agree with You on that one so Anyone Else Agreed with It?
ReplyDeleteTyler Wong has announced the NFL announcing teams for Week 15 of NFL on CBS:
ReplyDeleteEarly:
- Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn (Chiefs @ Browns)
- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins (Dolphins @ Texans)
- Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty & AJ Ross (Ravens @ Giants)
Late:
- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson (Bills @ Lions)
- Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala (Colts @ Broncos)
- Tom McCarthy, Jay Feely, Ross Tucker & Amanda Balionis (Patriots @ Cardinals)
For Week 16 I have TB DAL staying SNF (because Dallas draws in ratings and Bucs will probably win NFC South). However, I have MIN SEA getting moved to CBS 4:25 ET, SF MIA being moved to CBS 1:00 ET as the lead game there and TEN IND going to FOX 1:00 ET with ARZ CAR being moved to FOX 4:05 ET. Here are my 16 predictions with this in mind:
ReplyDeleteSF MIA: Eagle/Davis
NE BUF: Harlan/Green
LAR NYJ: Catalon/Barber
MIN SEA: Nantz/Romo
JAX LV: Dedes/Archuleta
Week 17
NYJ BUF (Only b/c Rodgers maybe last game and Bills looking at AFC 1 seed): Nantz/Romo
MIA CLE: Catalon/Barber
TEN JAX: Dedes/Archuleta
CAR TB (Moved to late window): Harlan/Green
I think your right about week 16. I hope that they flex Dolphins-Browns out of week 17.
DeleteIt's Possible that Weeks 16 and 17 for Both CBS and FOX will probably see Some Swapping But I'll like Next Sunday's Week 15 Games for Both CBS and FOX Since Both Networks will have a Doubleheader Finally and I really wish that NFL could let Both CBS and FOX have Doubleheader Games for the Rest of the NFL Season But That's Not Gonna to Happen and That need to be Discussed During NFL Offseason So What Do You All Think of This One as Well?
ReplyDeleteAccording to Tyler Wong, CBS is sending Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins to call game between Rams and Jets in Week 16.
ReplyDeleteBut What Patriots VS Bills? Will Ian Eagle Call That Game? It's Been Awhile Since He Last Called The Patriots Game Since Going Against The Bengals.
DeleteStarting to look like no more changes in Week 16 so here are my predictions in that case:
ReplyDeleteNE BUF: Ian Eagle, Charles Davis (Or Catalon if Eagle gets off because of KC PIT on Christmas)
LAR NYJ: Kevin Harlan, Trent Green (Confirmed by Tyler Wong)
TEN IND: Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber (Or McCarthy if Catalon calls NE BUF)
SF MIA: Jim Nantz, Tony Romo
JAX LV: Spero Dedes, Adam Arch.
Here Goes Nothing. I Have The Same Thing Neal Except I Have This
DeleteNE@BUF: Ian Eagle Charles Davis & Evan Washburn
LAR@NYJ: Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Evan Washburn
SF@MIA: Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Jason McCourty & AJ Ross
TEN@IND: Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson
JAX@LV: Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala
I agree with most but I don't know about Titans Colts getting moved to CBS marquee game with Nantz and Romo simply because Titans are eliminated and the Colts will likely be 6-8. If it's not 49ers Dolphins here then it will surely have to be Vikings Seahawks in a flex.
DeleteKevin Harlan and Trent green will call Rams-Jets
ReplyDeletePossible and I really think Andrew Catalon should call New England and Buffalo and Also, I'll think Tom McCarthy should call Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts so What Do You All Think of It?
ReplyDeleteI could see Both Andrew Catalon Doing New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills and Tom McCarthy Doing Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts Next Sunday So What Do You Think of This and Do You Agree with Me?
ReplyDeleteNeither Do I and I agree with Both of You that Jim Nantz shouldn't be Working Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts and I'll think He should either do San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins or Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks If FOX Doesn't Protect It and I really don't think Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts Should Be Moved to CBS Marquee Late Game So What Do You All Think of This?
ReplyDeleteThe league has until Monday to make a decision on the 4:25 game. I think MIN-SEA should be moved to CBS and TEN-IND to FOX.
ReplyDeleteAgree and I really hope That NFL moves Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks to CBS and Also Moved Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts to FOX and It would be the Right Thing to Do so Anyone Else Agree with Both of Us?
DeleteI'm suspecting that they'll move the 49ers-Dolphins out of 4:25.
DeleteYes or they could move NE BUF to FOX. Also in this case one of the early FOX games (likely ARZ CAR) may have to be moved to 4:05 ET or the original slot of MIN SEA
Delete@Mark T. Mark, there is no doubt that the 49ers at Dolphins game is moving out of the CBS 4:25 PM window in Week 16. Put the Vikings at Seahawks game in there (cross-flex it with FOX; CBS would then obviously place Nantz/Romo on that game), move up 49ers-Dolphins to 1:00 PM to serve as the lead early CBS doubleheader with Eagle/Davis, and then there you go. Problem solved.
DeleteTotally agree Tamir
DeleteI'm sure that's what they'll do.
DeleteI really believe that Several NFL Games will be Swapped For Weeks 16 through 18 and I'll also believe that Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears will likely be One of Those Games to be Flexed and the NFL should be able to make the Decision by Monday So Anyone Agrees with Me?
ReplyDeleteI really like those Moves and It definitely makes sense that New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills More Likely Will Be Flexed to FOX and Move Also Moved San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins to Early Lead Game on CBS and Possibly Move Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers Game to Another Late Game on FOX so NFL will have to Make the Decisions by Tomorrow.
DeleteAbsolutely Correct and It should be.
ReplyDeleteTyler Wong confirmed Eagle and Davis will call Pats Bills
ReplyDeleteTyler Wong has announced that Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn will call the game between Patriota and Bills in week 16.
ReplyDeleteAccording to the NFL, the week 16 game between the Patriots and the Bills will be moved from 1:00 PM ET to 4:25 PM ET, remaining on CBS. The game between the Browns and the Bengals will move from Fox to CBS, remaining at 1:00 PM ET
ReplyDeleteGame assignments for Week 16 (confirmed by Ari Meirov @MySportsUpdate)
ReplyDeleteRams-Jets: Harlan, Green, Collins
Patriots-Bills (flexed to 4:25ET): Eagle, Davis, Washburn
Update: The Patriots-Bills game has been moved to 4:25, still on CBS
ReplyDeletePatriots Bills flexed to 4:25
ReplyDeletePats Bills actually just got moved to 4:25 ET and Browns Bengals got switched to CBS.
ReplyDeleteWeek 16 Predictions With NE-BUF Flex And CLE-CIN Flex

ReplyDeleteLAR-NYJ Harlan
CLE-CIN Catalon

Tyler Wong has the announcers for this week.
ReplyDeleteAccording to Tyler Wong, these are the NFL on CBS announcers for Week 16:
ReplyDeleteEarly:
- Kevin Harlan, Trent Green & Melanie Collins (Rams @ Jets)
- Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta & Aditi Kinkhabwala (Browns @ Bengals)
- Tom McCarthy, Jay Feely, Ross Tucker & Tiffany Blackmon (Titans @ Colts)
Late:
- Jim Nantz, Tony Romo & Tracy Wolfson (49ers @ Dolphins)
- Ian Eagle, Charles Davis & Evan Washburn (Patriots @ Bills)

Week 17 Predictions
ReplyDelete1:00
NYJ-BUF Nantz
CAR-TB Harlan
TEN-JAX Dedes
4:05
MIA-CLE (flexed from 8:20) Catalon
Agree except I think they give CAR TB the 4:05 because Bucs will probably clinch NFC South with a win
DeletePredictions
ReplyDeleteMIA/CLE flexed to 1pm, ARI/LAR to SNF
CAR/TB- Nantz/Romo/Wolfson
NYJ/BUF- Harlan/Green/Collins
TEN/JAX- Dedes/Archuleta/Kinkhabwala
MIA/CLE- Catalon/Barber/McCourty/Ross
Those are good predictions of the NFL CBS announcers for week 17. My predictions for one of the games on CBS week 18 is Packers vs. Bears at Lambeau field with Nantz Romo announcing like last season.
