2023 NFL on CBS and NFL on FOX Broadcast and Market Listings Report: Week 7 (Sunday, October 22)

Welcome, everybody to my Week 7 broadcast and market listings report.

The sports calendar is in full swing now with the NHL season starting last week, the MLB postseason heating up, the NBA about to return for regular season action next week (preseason is well underway), and the NFL continuing its October schedule.

Before we talk about the broadcast schedule and market listings, some highlights that I think you should keep in mind while you watch Sunday's Week 7 games:

Week 7 Highlights:
  • Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens (4-2) will host Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions (5-1) in a critical showdown from Baltimore on Sunday, October 22 at 1:00 PM ET on FOX. This Detroit-Baltimore game could have major playoff implications for both sides in their respective conference later on.
  • Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (4-2), coming off a thrilling "Sunday Night Football" win against the Giants, visit Kendrick Bourne and the struggling New England Patriots (1-5) on Sunday, October 22 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. Buffalo looks to keep pace with the high-flying Miami Dolphins (5-1) at the top of the AFC East.
  • Aaron Donald and the Los Angeles Rams (3-3) look to build off of a Week 6 win vs. the Cardinals against T.J. Watt and the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-2), coming off a bye week, on Sunday, October 22 at 4:05 PM ET on FOX.
  • Two young, electrifying quarterbacks battle in Kansas City as Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers (2-3) take on Patrick Mahomes and the red-host Kansas City Chiefs (5-1), winners of five straight games, on Sunday, October 22 at 4:25 PM ET on CBS. Expect another tight battle as the Chiefs and Chargers have invariably played close football games over the past few seasons generally.

Can't wait for another exciting Sunday filled with football goodness!

The Week 7 broadcast and market listings report for CBS and FOX comes your way, right now! 😊
