  • FOX Sports starts off the month of August with three regional games on "Baseball Night in America" on Saturday, August 3 at 7:00 PM (ET) on FOX - including Orioles vs. Guardians, Giants vs. Reds and Rays vs. Astros.
  • Two of the top teams in the American League square off in Cleveland as Gunnar Henderson and the Baltimore Orioles visit Tyler Freeman and the Cleveland Guardians (Saturday, August 3 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX).
  • Jon Singleton and the Houston Astros host Brandon Lowe and the Tampa Bay Rays in another must-watch American League matchup; Tampa Bay looks to pick up some ground for a American League Wild Card spot meanwhile Houston tries hold off the Mariners in a tight American League West race. (Saturday, August 3 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX).
  • Michael Conforto and the San Francisco Giants travel east to play Elly De La Cruz and the Cincinnati Reds as time is quickly running out for these clubs to stay competitive for a National League Wild Card spot. (Saturday, August 3 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX).

The start of the 2024 MLB postseason is less than two months away now, and FOX Sports is now turning up the heat 🔥 as the calendar turns to August this week. Several teams that have a strong case of making the postseason (including the Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Guardians & Houston Astros) will appear on FOX's "Baseball Night in America" this Saturday, August 3, with live coverage starting at 7:00 PM (ET).

This Saturday, FOX plans to offer a trio of regionally televised matchups to be distributed across the country (distribution for each game will be made available to you later on this week).

Most of you will see the top teams in the American League do battle as Ryan Mountcastle and the Baltimore Orioles travel to Cleveland to play José Ramírez and the Cleveland Guardians at Progressive Field. This should be a wonderful matchup, as both teams currently lead their respective divisions (Baltimore leading the AL East and Cleveland leading the AL Central). 🎙 Multi-sport announcer Adam Amin, analyst and Hall of Famer John Smoltz, and reporter Ken Rosenthal handle broadcasting duties.

Select audiences will see Jeremy Peña and the Houston Astros welcome Josh Lowe and the Tampa Bay Rays to Minute Maid Park. The Astros are tied with the Mariners for the American League West lead, while Tampa Bay is chasing after an American League Wild Card spot (a win would be very nice for them in that department). 🎙 Up in the broadcast booth, Kevin Kugler (play-by-play) and former Rookie of the Year award winner Eric Karros (analyst) provide commentary.

Some of you will tune in to see a matchup from Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati as the emerging star Elly De La Cruz and his Cincinnati Reds host Brett Wisely and the San Francisco Giants. Both teams are running out of time to keep pace with the New York Mets for the third and final National League Wild Card spot. 🎙 Jason Benetti (play-by-play) has the call with 14-year MLB veteran Mark Sweeney (analyst).
