In its first season of providing national NHL coverage, Turner Sports will feature a 50-game broadcast schedule during the 2021-22 NHL regular season. This will begin on Wednesday, October 13th, with a TNT opening week doubleheader. First off, the New York Rangers visit the Washington Capitals in one of the NHL's fiercest rivalries at 7:30 p.m (ET). Following the Rangers-Capitals game, the Chicago Blackhawks visit the Colorado Avalanche at 10 p.m. (ET).

The NHL on TNT's weekly schedule will include exclusive coverage of 25 Wednesday nights throughout the season - including 15 doubleheaders. Starting in Spring 2022, the network will add 7 weeks of Sunday afternoon games for March and April.
