The forthcoming 2024 season of National Football League live game action on Prime Video, which includes exclusive coverage of Thursday Night Football (TNF), Black Friday Football, and the first-ever NFL Wild Card postseason game, stands as the streamer's most large-scale to date in their third season of coverage. The expanded portfolio of games, which includes 12 divisional games, starts on Thursday, September 12 as the Buffalo Bills travel to face the Miami Dolphins in an AFC East matchup.

The 2024 TNF season schedule has six teams scheduled to make multiple appearances on the program, including the 49ers, Jets, Bengals & Rams. Several of Prime Video's marquee matchups within the well-built schedule include Aaron Rodgers and the Jets' home opener vs. the Patriots on Thursday, September 19; Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys vs. the Giants on Thursday, September 26; Joe Burrow and the Bengals against last season's MVP, Lamar Jackson, and the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, November 7; Steelers-Browns on Thursday, November 21; and Jordan Love and the Packers vs. America's darling, the Detroit Lions, on Thursday, December 5.

Live football coverage on Prime Video will occur from late August through early January for the first time ever. This year's slate of games is highlighted by a tentpole game on Friday, November 29. The second annual Black Friday Football game has the Las Vegas Raiders playing the Kansas City Chiefs in a longstanding AFC West rivalry game.

Coverage each Thursday night begins with TNF Tonight at 7:00 PM (ET) with a studio team at the site of that week's game. In addition, studio programming will be provided during halftime and postgame of each week's game. Charissa Thompson is expected to return for her third season as the host of the pregame, halftime & postgame programming, alongside returning analysts Andrew WhitworthRichard Sherman, Ryan Fitzpatrick & Tony Gonzalez. Taylor Rooks is expected to handle the features reporting and journalist Albert Breer rounds out the studio cast as the "insider". Each week, the TNF studio crew is expected to be on-site at the game.

For the third straight year, the commentary team of Al Michaels (play-by-play), Kirk Herbstreit (analyst) & Kaylee Hartung (reporter) are expected to call the games on Thursday night.

  6. If Browns Bengals Week 16 gets flexed (which it should considering it's 2-8 vs 4-7) then it would have to happen this week by Thursday and Broncos Chargers is the best option to replace it considering Denver is at home the Sunday before
