2024 NFL on Netflix Schedule (and yes, this is a COMPLETELY real thing)

  • Yes, the NFL is coming to Netflix (WHAT?!) starting with a doubleheader on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25) in 2024.
  • Netflix is set to air Christmas games through at least 2026.

Hey, football 🏈 fans! Guess what? There is gonna be yet another streamer entering the NFL media landscape for the 2024 season. In addition to games on ESPN+, Prime Video (Thursday nights), Peacock (Sunday night simulcasts/exclusive game), you now must factor in Netflix, the streaming service, into the equation.

Because today (Wednesday, May 15), if you are reading this article on the date of the publishing, the NFL announced that Netflix will be airing BOTH of the NFL's Christmas 🎄 games for the 2024 season, on Wednesday December 25. In addition to this year's Christmas doubleheader, the streaming platform will host at least ONE Christmas Day game in 2025 & 2026 as well.

Previously, Netflix has had a superficial relationship with the National Football League (NFL). The streaming platform aired the popular NFL series, "Quarterback" in 2023 (featuring Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, then-Vikings and now Falcons QB Kirk Cousins & then-Falcons, former Eagles and now Commanders QB Marcus Mariota). And now, Netflix is set to air the documentary series "Receiver" this summer, featuring five wide receivers during the 2023 season -- Vikings WR Justin Jefferson, Raiders WR Davante Adams, 49ers WR's Deebo Samuel & George Kittle, Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown.

And now, Netflix is slated to air live NFL games for the very first time. As of now, we now ZERO idea of who's calling these games, what the studio team will look like, etc.. Those details will emerge over the next few months.

With that in mind, here's the schedule for the first season of the NFL on Netflix. Yeah, that will take some getting used to! But, I am here for you guys.

  • NFL on Netflix: 2024 Christmas Day 🎄 Broadcast Schedule (All Times ET and Subject to Change)
* Week 17 - Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
. Chiefs at Steelers - Netflix, 1:00 PM (ET) -
. Ravens at Texans - Netflix, 4:30 PM (ET) -

MLB on FOX: On Deck | National League teams collide in Atlanta when Ronald Acuna Jr. and the Atlanta Braves welcome in Manny Machado and the San Diego Padres on Saturday, May 18 at 7:00 PM (ET) on FOX

  • The Big Matchup down in the ATL: Ronald Acuña Jr. and the Atlanta Braves host Manny Machado and the San Diego Padres for game two of a crucial four-game series as both teams currently find themselves in postseason positioning.
  • The Defending Champions on the Downturn: Marcus Semien and the defending champions Texas Rangers try to get their season back on track against Taylor Ward and the Los Angeles Angels in a American League West divisional clash in Anaheim.

FOX Sports continues their 2024 MLB ⚾ regular season coverage on Saturday, May 18 with the third week of "Baseball Night in America" on FOX. As always, coverage of the games will start at 7:00 PM ET. Due to the Padres-Braves game rainout, the entire country will see the Angels vs. Rangers game instead.

"Baseball Night in America" on FOX this week will be airing alongside the Mariners at the Orioles game on FS1 (7:00 PM ET start; a three-hour delay for this game due to rain) with Alex Faust and Tom Verducci on the call.

The entire country will watch Corey Seager and the defending champion Texas Rangers visit Taylor Ward and the Los Angeles Angels as the Rangers try to erase this elongated losing streak that the team is currently on. Despite the Rangers' inconsistent play over the first 44 games or so, they are very much alive in the American League West race (only trailing the division leading Seattle Mariners by 1.5 games as of Wednesday, May 15). Adam Amin handles the play-by-play alongside 2005 World Series champion AJ Pierzynski

The national FOX broadcast schedule and this week's maps presented by 506 Sports can be found by using these links mentioned below (attached 🖇).
