Highlights of this week's NFL on CBS doubleheader (Week #11):
  • For the second straight week, CBS Sports will have the doubleheader. In Week #11, CBS will have the "game of the year" as the national 4:25 PM ET game when Patrick Mahomes and the defending two-time champion Kansas City Chiefs (9-0) try to keep their undefeated record intact against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (8-2) in a re-match of what has become one of the most compelling AFC rivalries over the past half decade or so.
  • Six teams currently in the playoff picture are set for Week #11 matchups on CBS, including the Kansas City Chiefs (9-0), Detroit Lions (8-1), Buffalo Bills (8-2), Minnesota Vikings (7-2), Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2) & Baltimore Ravens (7-3).
  • A special edition of "The NFL Today" as the pregame guys hit the road (!!) for the Chiefs-Bills game, hosting the legendary Sunday pregame show from Lot 6 of Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, starting at 12:00 PM ET on CBS.
  • Two longtime AFC North foes meet for the time this season as Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) visit Russell Wilson and the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2) with first place in the AFC North on the line. Sunday, November 17 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS.
  • EVERYONE in the country will get the riveting AFC matchup in the late afternoon timeslot, as Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs (9-0) face off with James Cook and the Buffalo Bills (8-2) in a re-match of last season's AFC Divisional Playoffs. Sunday, November 17 at 4:25 PM ET on CBS.

For the second straight weekend, CBS Sports will have the rights to a doubleheader. This upcoming Sunday, November 17, CBS will present games from Week #11 of the 2024 NFL season. CBS has six games on their schedule this week, including: Ravens at Steelers (1:00 PM ET), Jaguars at Lions (1:00 PM ET), Colts at Jets (1:00 PM ET), Vikings at Titans (1:00 PM ET), Raiders at Dolphins (1:00 PM ET) and Chiefs at Bills (4:25 PM ET). Which doubleheader games is your local CBS station/market scheduled to show and which announcers are scheduled to call these games? Carry on with this article and the answer to the question will be revealed.

During the course of this week's NFL on CBS doubleheader, the "spotlight" games are Ravens vs. Steelers (1:00 PM ET) and Chiefs vs. Bills (4:25 PM ET). I will provide a full summary of these games right now, with a short wrap-up to come later on.

The "lead" early game (66% of Markets) on CBS this week takes place at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, as reigning MVP Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) take on T.J. Watt and the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2) in a Week #11 AFC North divisional matchup at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. Right now, the Steelers are the #3 seed in the AFC and the Ravens are the #5 seed in the AFC. Long story short, both teams are good and should be penciled in (barring anything crazy) as AFC playoff teams here in 2024. The Ravens entered the week with the league's top scoring offense (31.8 per points per game) and total offense (440.2 yards per game). The Steelers hold the second-ranked scoring defense (16.2 points allowed per game). Ravens QB Lamar Jackson leads the NFL with a 123.2 rating, ranks tied-first with 24 touchdown passes. The Steelers are currently on a four-game winning streak as they enter their first division game of the 2024 season. The Steelers have averaged 30.8 points per game since Week 6, the third most in the NFL during this time period. Steelers QB Russell Wilson is 3-0 as the Steelers' starting quarterback, after taking over the QB1 job in Week #7. 🎙 Sunday's Ravens-Steelers game will be nationally televised on CBS, with Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Charles Davis (analyst) & Evan Washburn (reporter) announcing the action.

The entire country (100% of Markets) will watch one of the most riveting AFC non-divisional rivalries in recent seasons at 4:25 PM ET this Sunday on CBS. Justin Reid and the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs (9-0) are set to battle Dorian Williams and the Buffalo Bills (8-2) in a re-match of last season's AFC Divisional Playoff game. In fact, the Bills & Chiefs have met in postseason play in three of the past four seasons (2020-21 & 2023, with 2022 being the exception). Currently, these are the top two seeds in the AFC playoff picture. The Chiefs have won 15 straight games dating back to last season, including the postseason. If the Chiefs win on Sunday, they become the fifth time since 1990 to win 16 consecutive games, including the playoffs, joining the 2003-04 Patriots (21 straight wins), 2010-11 Packers (19 straight wins), 2007-08 Patriots (18 straight wins) & 1997-98 Broncos (18 straight wins). Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes has 98 career wins (including the playoffs), including Tom Brady (100 wins) for the most by a quarterback in his first eight seasons in NFL history. Bills QB Josh Allen has 71 career regular season victories and can surpass Joe Flacco (72) for the third most regular season wins by a quarterback in his first seven NFL seasons (only Russell Wilson, 75 wins and Patrick Mahomes, 74 wins have more). 🎙 CBS's lead team of Jim Nantz (play-by-play), former NFL quarterback Tony Romo (analyst) and Tracy Wolfson (reporter) are scheduled for the 4:25 PM ET Chiefs-Bills call.

In fact, CBS will enhance Sunday's Chiefs-Bills game broadcast by sending the entire "The NFL Today" pregame show to Orchard Park, New York ahead of the Chiefs-Bills game (4:25 PM ET). Beginning at 12:00 PM (ET), a special edition of "The NFL Today" will be broadcast live from Lot 6 outside Highmark Stadium. Veteran host James Brown anchors the one-hour show, with analyst and three-time Defensive Player of the Year JJ Watt, analyst and Hall of Fame coach Bill Cowher, analyst and former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson and analyst and 2016 NFL MVP Matt Ryan. Insider Jonathan Jones joins the pregame gang on-site in Orchard Park with the latest NFL news and information.

Once "The NFL Today" wraps up, it's time to head to the NFL game sites for the first game of the Week #11 CBS doubleheader. At 1:00 PM ET, CBS will regionalize FIVE (!!) games to markets across the country - including Ravens at Steelers (66% of Markets), Jaguars at Lions (10% of Markets), Colts at Jets (10% of Markets), Vikings at Titans (8% of Markets) & Raiders at Dolphins (6% of Markets). I will discuss each one of these five matchups in depth (sans Ravens-Steelers).

Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) are set to visit George Pickens and the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2) in a must-see AFC North division showdown on Sunday, November 17 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. 🎙 Ian Eagle calls the play-by-play, joined by analyst Charles Davis in the booth and reporter Evan Washburn down on the field.

The CBS doubleheader continues at 4:25 PM ET as the entire nation will see Taron Johnson and the AFC East leading Buffalo Bills (8-2) welcome Travis Kelce and the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs (9-0) to town. 🎙 Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson will broadcast Sunday's highly anticipated top-tier Chiefs-Bills AFC clash.
