  • One of baseball's best National League rivalries is under the microscope πŸ”¬ this weekend in Atlanta as Bryson Stott and the Philadelphia Phillies visit Marcell Ozuna and the Atlanta Braves - Saturday, July 6 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX
  • A couple of National League division leaders battle at historic Dodger Stadium as Blake Perkins and the Milwaukee Brewers take on Shohei Ohtani and the Los Angeles Dodgers - Saturday, July 6 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX

The summer 🌞 season continues to sizzle πŸ”₯, as FOX Sports extends your 4th of July holiday weekend by presenting Major League Baseball ⚾ action on the FOX broadcast network on Saturday, July 6, with live game coverage starting at 7:00 PM ET.

Saturday's full day of baseball action begins on FS1 at 1:00 PM ET as Jarren Duran and the Boston Red Sox visit Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees in an American League East rivalry matchup. Jason Benetti and 2005 World Series champion AJ Pierzynski provide remote commentary for the game.

Then, later that night, "Baseball Night in America" (7:00 PM ET) takes the stage on FOX as most of the nation will see Willy Adames and the Milwaukee Brewers take on Jason Heyward and the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium. As of right now, both the Brewers (National League Central) and Dodgers (National League West) lead their respective divisions, so both teams are extremely good and fun to watch.

Currently, the Brewers and the Dodgers are in the top five in the Majors, in terms of scoring runs. So we expect plenty of runs in this game. 🎀 Joe Davis and Hall of Famer John Smoltz team up in the broadcast booth for the call.

For other viewers not receiving Brewers-Dodgers, then you will receive a National League East game as Trea Turner and the Phillies Phillies visit Ozzie Albies and the Atlanta Braves. The Phillies hold the best record in all of baseball, with a 56-29 mark, as of July 3. Meanwhile, this is a critical series for Atlanta if the Braves have any hope whatsoever of making the National League East a competitive division race over the second half of the season or so.

The Phillies rank fourth in baseball (as of Wednesday, July 3) in terms of runners batted in, with 408 so far in the season. The Braves are third in baseball (as of Wednesday, July 3) in doubles, with 158 doubles (only behind the Dodgers & Twins in that category). 🎀 Adam Amin provides commentary alongside 2006 World Series champion Adam Wainwright and reporter Ken Rosenthal.
