CBS will again rely on Jim Nantz (play-by-play), Tony Romo (analyst) and Tracy Wolfson (reporter) to lead the deep, robust, and well-experienced CBS Sports' NFL announcing teams for the upcoming 2021 NFL season. Nantz, Romo & Wolfson will be bestowed several premier broadcasts throughout the season (in essence, CBS' top NFL game each week). In addition, CBS Sports will be the home for key games throughout the course of the 2021 NFL season, plus live coverage of the AFC Playoffs and the AFC Championship Game.

Among the many changes that CBS has made to their announce roster is the No. 4 team. This year's No. 4 team will feature the return of veteran play-by-play commentator Greg Gumbel. Joining Gumbel in the weekly announcing duties will be analyst Adam Archuleta and reporter AJ Ross. In addition, CBS has two other new commentator pairings of note for this season. The No. 6 team features Spero Dedes getting a new partner in Jay Feely. The No. 7 team features Phillies play-by-play and CBS Sports' play-by-play man Tom McCarthy and analyst Tiki Barber.

The breadth of CBS Sports' announcing teams for the NFL can be circled around the fact that three announcing teams are staying together this season (besides the Nantz/Romo//Wolfson crew): Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Charles Davis (analyst) & Evan Washburn (reporter); Kevin Harlan (play-by-play), Trent Green (analyst) and Melanie Collins (reporter); & Andrew Catalon (play-by-play) & James Lofton (analyst). Plus, Beth Mowins is set to call select NFL on CBS games throughout the 2021 season.

Besides Wolfson, Washburn, Collins and Ross, additional reporters will be utilized including: Linsday Rhodes, Sherree Burruss, and Amanda Balionis.
