  • The Battle of the Beltway: FS1 will present the second game of a three-game weekend series from Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore as CJ Abrams and the Washington Nationals clash with Jackson Holliday and the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday, May 17 at 4:00 PM (ET) on FS1.
  • Wild Card contenders meet in Boston: Fox showcases a primetime matchup from Fenway Park in Boston, when Matt Olson and the Atlanta Braves resume their three-game weekend matchup with Trevor Story and the Boston Red Sox on Saturday, May 17 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox.
  • The Milwaukee Meeting: A couple of MLB clubs that reside in the Central Time Zone clash this Saturday on Fox as Byron Buxton and the Minnesota Twins head East for Game 2 of a three-game set with Jackson Chourio and the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, May 17 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox.

Welcome to the beginning of another week. Yes, we are already looking forward to the weekend! This Saturday, May 17, "Fox Saturday Baseball" rolls on with a doubleheader of MLB games spread out across FS1 and Fox. As per usual, we will have you covered with this week's edition of MLB on Fox: On Deck. Let's get started!

To begin this week's MLB coverage, FS1 has you covered for the Saturday late afternoon window at 4:00 PM (ET). In this FS1 presentation, Keibert Ruiz and the Washington Nationals hit the road to play Gunnar Henderson and the Baltimore Orioles in Baltimore for "The Battle of the Beltway". Unfortunately, the season has not started off well for either of these teams as Washington & Baltimore rank near the bottom of their respective divisions entering play this week. However, DMV bragging rights are at stake. So, these teams will certainly rise up to this occasion. 🎙 Trent Rush (play-by-play) and Tom Verducci (analyst) will call Saturday's Nationals-Orioles broadcast off-monitor for FS1.

Then, a few hours later, Fox will serve up the main course with "Baseball Night in America", beginning at 7:00 PM (ET). Fox will once regionalize two matchups across the country (check your local listings or towards the bottom of this article for additional information). This week's Fox games are Braves at Red Sox & Twins at Brewers.

Eli White and the Atlanta Braves travel to historic Fenway Park in Boston for an interleague clash with Rafael Devers and the Boston Red Sox on Saturday, May 17 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox. Following a dismal 0-7 start, the Braves have found at least some traction with 20 wins in their last 34 games (as of Monday, May 12). This is an important series for the Braves, as they try to make up some ground in the NL East & NL Wild Card race. The Red Sox are striving to make the postseason for the first time since 2021. Despite the Red Sox barely hanging over .500, they only trail the Yankees by 3 games for the top spot in the American League East. 🎙 Celebrated and decorated play-by-play announcer Jason Benetti and Hall of Famer John Smoltz (analyst) have the Braves vs. Red Sox game call in the booth for Fox on Saturday night, with Ken Rosenthal reporting from the field.

DaShawn Keirsey Jr. leads the red-hot Minnesota Twins into interleague play against William Contreras and the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, May 17 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox. Minnesota has an EIGHT game winning streak entering the week. Despite Minnesota's recent streak of wins, they find themselves fourth in a very competitive AL Central (with Tigers, Guardians, & Royals ahead of them) in the division. The Brewers, on the other hand, try to get hot in the middle of May, as they look to keep pace with the Cubs for first place in the NL Central division. 🎙 Jeff Levering calls play-by-play for Saturday's Twins vs. Brewers game on Fox alongside game analyst and 2006 World Series champion Adam Wainwright.
