  • FOX is set to carry regionalized Saturday night baseball during the final weekend of the 2024 regular season - Saturday, September 28, beginning at 7:00 PM (ET).
  • Brandon Nimmo and the New York Mets visit Rhys Hoskins and the Milwaukee Brewers as both squads fight for positioning in the National League Wild Card standings. Saturday, September 28 at 7:00 PM (ET) on FOX.
  • Cedric Mullins and the Baltimore Orioles try to earn a postseason berth when they go to Minneapolis to face Carlos Santana and the Minnesota Twins, looking to keep their playoff hopes alive. Saturday, September 28 at 7:00 PM (ET) on FOX.

Well, my friends, the 2024 regular season has reached the final weekend. The 2024 postseason officially begins next Tuesday (October 1) with the Wild Card Series. However, before we get there, FOX will televise their final regular season regional window this weekend (Saturday, September 28) to finish up their 29th regular season of coverage. Coverage for the evening starts at 7:00 PM (ET) and viewers will watch either the Mets vs. Brewers game or the Orioles vs. Twins game (read on to the bottom of the article to figure out which game you are receiving).

Pete Alonso and the New York Mets continue their drive towards a postseason berth as they visit Blake Perkins and the National League Central division winner Milwaukee Brewers in a crucial National League series to end the regular season. Game coverage starts on Saturday, September 28 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox. 🎙 Wayne Randazzo will call the game with analyst and Hall of Famer John Smoltz and reporter Ken Rosenthal.

Gunnar Henderson and the Baltimore Orioles forge ahead in their pursuit of a playoff spot when they travel to Minneapolis to face Carlos Santana and the Minnesota Twins on Saturday, September 28 at 7:00 PM (ET) on Fox. The Twins are desperately trying to keep their playoff hopes alive, as they are fighting with the Tigers, Royals & Mariners for the final two AL Wild Card spots. So Minnesota MUST win, because their margin for error is razor thin at this stage.

As a side note, thank you to everybody who read and contributed to my weekly MLB on FOX distribution and broadcast schedule articles this szn! We will have postseason MLB articles up throughout the month of October (and into November, if needed). Sadly, this is the final MLB on FOX distribution and broadcast schedule until next season!
