- Fenway Park plays host to an iconic baseball rivalry as Jarren Duran and the Boston Red Sox host Juan Soto and the New York Yankees (Saturday, July 27 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX).
- Two American League clubs get together in the Windy City as Jorge Polanco and the Seattle Mariners take Tommy Pham and the Chicago White Sox (Saturday, July 27 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX).
The month of July is starting to wind down, as FOX Sports is set to present another jam-packed Saturday of Major League Baseball ⚾ action on the FOX family of networks (FOX and FS1). Saturday, July 27 sees a doubleheader of action spread out across the FOX broadcast network and FS1.
FS1 kicks off the FOX Saturday Baseball slate at 4:00 PM (ET) as Jurickson Profar and the San Diego Padres battle Anthony Santander and the Baltimore Orioles in a interleague series from Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Both teams are currently in playoff contention, with Baltimore leading the American League East and San Diego fighting for a National League Wild Card spot. Alex Faust calls the play-by-play with analyst Eric Karros.
Then, flip over to FOX at 7:00 PM (ET) for this week's edition of "Baseball Night in America". As always, FOX will regionalize two games across the nation during this particular timeslot (read below to figure out which markets will be showing the game in your region).
Most of the audience across the country will observe one of baseball's special rivalries as Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees go up against Ceddanne Rafela and their longtime rivals, the Boston Red Sox. This season, both teams seem primed to head to the postseason. The Yankees comfortably have an American League Wild Card spot locked in, while the Red Sox try to grab an American League Wild Card spot for themselves. 🎙 Adam Amin handles the play-by-play with Hall of Famer John Smoltz (analyst) and reporter Ken Rosenthal.
Some of you will see the Mariners SS J.P. Crawford and his Seattle Mariners teammates square off with Tommy Pham and the Chicago White Sox. The Mariners are currently tied for the American League West lead with the Houston Astros (the Mariners & Astros just recently played a series up in Seattle), so obviously this series is extremely important for them to keep pace at the top of the division. 🎤 Aaron Goldsmith (play-by-play) & 2005 World Series champion AJ Pierzynski (analyst) take the call from Chicago.
