2023 NFL on CBS and NFL on FOX Broadcast and Market Listings Report | Week 11 | Sunday, November 19, 2023

It's crazy to think about this, but we are. Welcome to Week 11 of the 2023 NFL season! The holiday 🎄 season and 🦃 Thanksgiving are forthcoming.

However, we have one more Sunday before Thanksgiving Weekend. For Week 11, CBS Sports will hold the rights to a doubleheader while FOX Sports will have regional coverage all day long.

Sunday's slate of games will defintely impact the playoff picture as we approach Thanksgiving weekend, where race to the postseason really starts to heat up.

This week, I will give you my weekly highlights, broadcast schedule and regionalization for Week 11 Sunday action on CBS and FOX. I hope you folks enjoy!

Check out this week's highlights down below:

* Tamir's Week 11 Highlights (only selected game of my choosing will be discussed here; however, if you guys have a highlight that you would like me to add, please let me know):
  • A important game with AFC North and playoff implications is set up from Cleveland Browns Stadium on Sunday, November 19 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. Diontae Johnson and the Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) visit Deshaun Watson and the Cleveland Browns (6-3). Both teams are coming off Week 10 victories with the Steelers beating the Packers 23-19 and the Browns coming from behind to defeat the Ravens 33-31 with no time left in the game. This game could be for first place in the AFC North, pending the Bengals vs. Ravens game on Thursday night this week. However, this contest is a important one for both sides as we approach Thanksgiving. ðŸŽ¤ Play-by-play commentator Ian Eagle will be in Cleveland for the game, alongside analyst Charles Davis and reporter Evan Washburn
  • What a extraordinary start to the Antonio Pierce era in Las Vegas! Since Pierce took over on a interim basis, the Raiders have won back-to-back games, albeit against two bad/medicore New York teams (30-6 W over the Giants in Week 9, 16-12 W over the Jets in Week 10). And now, WR Davante Adams and his Raiders (5-5), who find themselves in the middle of a hypercrowded AFC playoff picture, head east to face QB Tua Tagovalioa and the Miami Dolphins (6-3) on Sunday, November 19 at 1:00 PM (ET) on CBS. As you know, Miami plays well at home and they need to continue that dominant play at Hard Rock Stadium against a Las Vegas team gaining some badly needed momentum.  ðŸŽ¤  Kevin Harlan, fresh off his 500th NFL game last week in Cincinnati, provides the play-by-play commentatry with his partner, analyst Trent Green. Melanie Collins will report from the field.
  • Cowboys LB Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys (6-3) enter a road date against rookie quarterback Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers (1-8) on Sunday, November 19 at 1:00 PM (ET) on FOX. The Cowboys dominated the Giants 49-17 in Week 10, while Carolina's struggles continued in Chicago with a Week 10 loss at the hands of the Bears 16-13. For Dak Prescott and the Cowboys, this game is a very key one for them. As of right now, Dallas is a game and a half out of the NFC East lead (and the #1 seed) currently held by the Philadelphia Eagles (keep in mind that the Eagles BEAT the Cowboys in Week 9). A Dallas victory plus a Philadelphia loss on Monday night to Kansas City would propel Dallas to just one game behind the NFC East lead. The Cowboys have a "soft" opponent on their slate this week, so let's see if they can take care of the rookie Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers.  ðŸŽ¤ Kevin Burkhardt (pxp), Greg Olsen (analyst), Erin Andrews (reporter) & Tom Rinaldi (reporter).
  • Following a nailbitting loss to the Raiders, Zach Wilson and the New York Jets now face a divisional foe in Stefon Diggs and the floundering Buffalo Bills in a AFC East matchup on Sunday, November 19 at 4:25 PM (ET) on CBS. At 4-5, the Jets' season is on the verge of a complete meltdown. Meanwhile, the Bills (5-5) are looking to save their season following four losses in their last six games. 🎤 Jim Nantz handles the play-by-play alongside analyst Tony Romo. Tracy Wolfson reports from the field.

  1. Will Strahan be able to make the pre game show, despite his family issue?

    1. @Mark T. We'll see. Today, FOX NFL Sunday is airing a two-hour pregame show due to Veterans' Day weekend. Imma check it out and see if Michael appears on that. At the same time, as you may or may not know, Michael also anchors ABC's Good Morning America news program and he has been absent from that show for several weeks now. Hopefully, Michael can return soon, but he deserves to take his time and give his family all the time in the world right now.

    2. @Mark T. As a side note, Michael returned to FOX NFL Sunday yesterday. So everything seems to be good with Michael.
