As the 2022 NFL season opening game between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams is now one month away, FOX Sports has now officially unveiled their NFL broadcast lineup for the 2022 NFL season. FOX will enter their 29th NFL season in 2022, after beginning their NFL coverage back in 1994.
FOX's NFL broadcasting lineup for this upcoming year has many familiar voices that FOX viewers are used to like Kenny Albert, Kevin Burkhardt, Mark Schlereth, Daryl "Moose" Johnston, Jen Hale, Kristina Pink, Erin Andrews, Tom Rinaldi, and much more. In addition to these names, a new face like Robert Smith (who previously worked on FOX's college football coverage) will start his NFL game analyst duties this season on a full-time basis.
FOX's NFL lineup for the 2022 NFL season is pretty massive, with a Ravens/Cardinals preseason game later this month, 18 weeks of regular season coverage, two NFC Wild Card playoff games, two NFC Divisional playoff games, the NFC Championship Game, and finally culminating with Super Bowl LVII from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday, February 12, 2023.

Beginning their second season a broadcast team, the universally respected duo of play-by-play commentator Kevin Burkhardt and three-time Pro Bowl tight end analyst Greg Olsen ascend to the top broadcasting chair. Burkhardt and Olsen will be responsible for FOX's #1 NFL broadcast during the regular season and the postseason. Their first season as lead NFL broadcasts will end with Super Bowl LVII on Sunday, February 12, 2023, live from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Joining Burkhardt and Olsen on the sidelines each week will be Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi.
Burkhardt, Olsen, Andrews, Rinaldi, and Mike Pereira begin Week 1 with FOX's first regularly scheduled edition of America's Game of the Week, television's No. 1 program for 13 straight seasons, as the Green Bay Packers visit the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, September 11 at 4:25 PM (ET).

Joe Davis, who was recently named FOX's new lead MLB voice, will now work his first season of calling NFL games full-time with two-time Pro Bowler and three-time Super Bowl Champion Daryl "Moose" Johnston as the analyst. Pam Oliver, who is FOX's longest serving NFL reporter, returns for astounding 28th straight season on the sidelines. This season will signify the first time in FOX Sports history that two broadcast teams will call at least two playoff broadcasts in the same year. Davis, Johnson, and Oliver open up their broadcasting schedule in Week 1 on Sunday, September 11 at 1:00 PM (ET) as the San Francisco 49ers visit the Chicago Bears.
| Amin/Schlereth//Pink:
Adam Amin, who excels in calling many different sports, including Major League Baseball, college basketball & the National Basketball Association as the primary play-by-play announcer for the Chicago Bulls, returns for his third year of NFL on FOX duties at play-by-play. Joining Amin is three-time Super Bowl champion Mark Schlereth. Kristina Pink, who most recently served as a co-sideline reporter for Thursday Night Football with Erin Andrews, returns to Sunday afternoons as a sideline reporter with this team. The Week 1 game for this announce team is the Philadelphia Eagles at the Detroit Lions contest on Sunday, September 11 at 1:00 PM (ET).
| Albert/Vilma//Spake:
For the third straight season, longtime play-by-play man Kenny Albert and Super Bowl champion Jonathan Vilma make up one of the announcing duos for the NFL on FOX. Albert is the only remaining play-by-play voice to have been with FOX for each season that the network has televised the NFL. Kenny Albert enters his 29th season calling NFL games. Shannon Spake has reporting duties covered with this crew. Albert, Vilma, and Spake start their 2022 NFL game schedule in Week 1 on Sunday, September 11 when the New Orleans Saints visit the Atlanta Falcons at 1:00 PM (ET).
| Kugler/Sanchez//Okmin:
Kevin Kugler is back for his third season as a play-by-play commentator for the NFL on FOX. Joining Kugler once again for game analysis is former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez, who led the New York Jets to two straight AFC Championship game appearances in 2009 and 2010. Sanchez starts his second season calling games. Veteran sideline reporter Laura Okmin serves as a reporter. The team is on the call for the Week 1 contest between the New York Giants and the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, September 11 at 4:25 PM (ET).
| Myers/Smith//Hale:
Chris Myers, entering his 20th season of NFL on FOX game coverage, returns as a play-by-play commentator with analyst Robert Smith, entering his first full season of calling NFL games. Smith previously worked as an analyst on FOX's CFB games. Jen Hale joins this duo with reporting duties. This announcing team will be in Landover, Maryland in Week 1 on Sunday, September 11 at 1:00 PM (ET) when the Jacksonville Jaguars visit the newly renamed Washington Commanders.
Once again this season, Mike Pereira and Dean Blandino will serve as FOX's official NFL rules experts, joining the on-air game announcers (when needed) to discuss the crucial game calls that impact each week's slate of NFL games.
