The 50th Anniversary season of the NBA Summer Series continues this week with 15 more national broadcasts on ABC, ESPN, NBC/Peacock, and Prime Video. During Week #4, regular-season games resume, along with the third week of the Emirates NBA Cup 🏆 Group Play, featuring a Prime Video doubleheader on Friday night (Heat-Knicks and Warriors-Spurs).

NBC and Peacock will combine to nationally broadcast five games this week, including Peacock NBA Monday (WSH @ DET), Coast 2 Coast Tuesday on NBC and Peacock (BOS @ PHI and DEN @ SAC), Pacers-Suns on Thursday, & Clippers-Celtics on Sunday Night Basketball.

Peacock exclusively televises this week’s Peacock NBA Monday matchup on Monday, July 6, at 7:00 PM ET.

Wizards (1-9) vs. Pistons (8-2) — Monday, 7:00 PM ET on Peacock:
Cade Cunningham and the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons (8-2) look for their seventh consecutive win when they host Bub Carrington and the Washington Wizards (1-9) on Monday, July 6, at 7:00 PM (ET) exclusively on Peacock. Detroit returns home after Sunday’s 111-108 road win over the 76ers in Philadelphia. Pistons G Cade Cunningham played an outstanding game, putting up 26 points while dishing out 11 assists in the victory. Meanwhile, Washington looks to snap their eight-game losing streak.

Michael Grady (play-by-play) provides commentary for Wizards-Pistons, alongside analysts Robbie Hummel (WSH Bench) and Austin Rivers (DET Bench).

Wizards-Pistons serves as this week’s edition of “On the Bench,” NBC Sports’ production innovation that dedicates one analyst to each team and positions that analyst courtside with their team, allowing for the analysts to be immersed in the action of their respective teams and delivering information straight from the bench during Monday night broadcasts.

Coast 2 Coast Tuesday continues on Tuesday, July 7, with a doubleheader on NBC and Peacock. On most Tuesdays, NBC and Peacock will present an NBA doubleheader with games tipping off at 8:00 PM ET/7:00 PM CT and 10:30 PM ET/7:30 PM PT.

Celtics (5-6) vs. 76ers (6-4) — Tuesday, 8:00 PM ET on NBC and Peacock:
An old-fashioned Eastern Conference rivalry is renewed as Payton Pritchard and the Boston Celtics (5-6) are set to play Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers (6-4) on Tuesday, July 7, at 8:00 PM ET on NBC and Peacock. This is the third meeting between these teams this year. Philly won Round 1 on June 17, while Boston responded with a dub on June 26. Now, it’s time for Round 3. The 76ers have already played in eight clutch games this season. The Celtics have gone 5-3 over their last 8 games following a subpar 0-3 start.

NBC’s Coast 2 Coast Tuesday doubleheader moves out West for an intriguing matchup led by veteran stars, with Nikola Jokić and the Denver Nuggets (7-2) facing Russell Westbrook and the Sacramento Kings (3-7) on Tuesday, July 7, at 10:30 PM ET on NBC and Peacock. Jokić has been playing excellent basketball thus far, while the veteran tries to steer the young Kings through a difficult beginning to the season. Back on June 29, Westbrook and Jokić competed against each other, and the two combined for 60 points, 26 rebounds, and 20 assists.

Terry Gannon delivers play-by-play for Nuggets-Kings, alongside analyst and three-time Sixth Man of the Year winner Jamal Crawford and reporter Grant Liffmann.
