• Fox and FS1 once again team up to carry live coverage of college football (FBS) during the 2026 season.

• “Big Noon Saturday” puts top teams on full display, along with major rivalries, culminating with “The Game” (Michigan vs. Ohio State) on Thanksgiving Weekend.

• “Fox College Football Friday” is back with another exciting lineup of riveting matchups.

• The LEAD home for the Big Ten — Fox and FS1 to air a regular slate of Big Ten (B1G) conference games, finishing up with the Big Ten Championship Game on Fox.

On Wednesday, May 27, FOX Sports unveiled select matchups from its 2026 college football schedule, showcasing premier games from top conferences throughout the season. Each weekend, FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY will set an electrifying tone with a remarkable lineup of primetime games, followed by college football’s most exhilarating pregame show, BIG NOON KICKOFF, and FOX Sports’ flagship game of the week, BIG NOON SATURDAY.

In 2026, FOX Sports will broadcast over 100+ college football games across its family of networks, including several Big Ten Conference games aired on Fox and FS1.

BIG NOON KICKOFF & BIG NOON SATURDAY:

Every Saturday, FOX Sports will kick off its coverage with BIG NOON KICKOFF, energizing fans from campuses nationwide. During the first three weeks of the 2026 college football season, BIG NOON SATURDAY will spotlight the last three national champions, beginning with the reigning titleholders, the Indiana Hoosiers.

In Week 1, the Hoosiers will host North Texas on Saturday, September 5, at 12:00 PM ET on FOX. BIG NOON KICKOFF will bring the celebration to Bloomington, allowing Hoosier fans to revel in their national title from Memorial Stadium starting at 10:00 AM ET on FOX. 

The following week, the Oklahoma Sooners will journey north to face the Michigan Wolverines in a highly anticipated rematch of their 2025 encounter on Saturday, September 12, at 12:00 PM ET on FOX. BIG NOON KICKOFF will travel to Ann Arbor to preview the action beginning at 10:00 AM ET on FOX.

In Week 3, BIG NOON SATURDAY will feature the Ohio State Buckeyes competing against Kent State at Ohio Stadium on Saturday, September 19, at 12:00 PM ET on Fox. 

As the regular season concludes, Michigan will clash with Ohio State in “The Game” from Columbus on Saturday, November 28, at 12:00 PM ET on Fox – the most-watched game of the regular season across any network in 2025. BIG NOON KICKOFF will join the festivities in Columbus for a special three-hour show celebrating this historic rivalry, starting at 9:00 AM ET on Fox.

FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY:

FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY will return as a dedicated primetime showcase for elite college football on Friday nights throughout the fall. Highlights include:

In Week 2, the Border Showdown between Missouri and Kansas will reignite on Friday, September 11, at 8:00 PM ET on Fox. 

On Friday, September 18, Houston will face defending Big 12 champion Texas Tech on Fox at 8:00 PM ET, with in-state bragging rights at stake. 

Indiana will kick off Big Ten play at home against Northwestern in Bloomington on Friday, September 25, at 8:00 PM ET on Fox. 

On Friday, October 2, FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY will spotlight the debut of Northwestern’s new Ryan Field, hosting Penn State in its inaugural game at 8:00 PM ET on Fox. 

As the season progresses, late-season intensity will escalate with a Big Ten clash between Oregon and Michigan State, as the Ducks travel to East Lansing on Friday, November 20, at 8:00 PM ET on Fox.

CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND ON FOX

Conference champions will take center stage on consecutive nights as Fox presents two primetime title games, beginning with the Mountain West Championship on Friday, December 4, at 9:00 PM ET. 

The following night, Saturday, December 5, the action will continue with the 2026 Big Ten Championship at 8:00 PM ET on Fox – a highly anticipated contest following the record-breaking 2025 Big Ten Championship between Ohio State and Indiana, which attracted 18.3 million viewers on Fox, marking the most-watched Big Ten Championship in history.

ADDITIONAL 2026 SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

• The 2026 college football season will kick off in Week 0 with Memphis squaring off against UNLV on Saturday, August 29, at 10:00 PM ET on Fox. 

• New Penn State head coach Matt Campbell will open his tenure against Marshall on Saturday, September 5, at 3:30 PM ET on FS1. 

• On Saturday, September 12, the Arizona Wildcats will challenge the BYU Cougars in a significant Big 12 matchup at 3:30 PM ET on Fox. 

• Later that day, the ten-time FCS National Champions, North Dakota State, will make their Mountain West debut against Air Force on Saturday, September 12, at 10:00 PM ET on FS1. 

• Week 3 will kick off with a historic matchup as Kansas faces Arizona State at London’s Wembley Stadium in the Union Jack Classic – the first FBS game ever held in England – on Saturday, September 19, at 12:00 PM ET on FS1.
