Highlights of the 2025 - 2026 College Basketball on TNT Schedule include:

Turner Sports to air its most robust package of regular-season college basketball yet in 2025-26, with nearly 100 games encompassing the BIG EAST and the Big 12.

Both men's games and women's games will be airing throughout the season.

TNT to air the majority of the games, with select games exclusive to truTV.

"Hall of Fame Series" doubleheader begins TNT's 2025-26 regular season coverage on Monday, November 3 from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada — defending national champion Florida vs. Arizona (7 PM ET), followed by Villanova vs. BYU (9:30 PM ET).

Turner Sports (otherwise known as TNT Sports), fresh off losing NBA rights for the first time since 1984, will attempt to replace its longtime marquee sports property with a full-season package of college games from the BIG EAST and Big 12 conferences. Both men's and women's games will be showcased across the Turner Sports family of networks during the 2025-26 season.

Almost 100 games from the BIG EAST and Big 12 conferences make up TNT's 2025-26 season, with wall-to-wall coverage of certain marquee early-season events, including the Hall of Fame Series Opening Night doubleheader and the Players Era Festival during Thanksgiving week.

Big East:

Turner Sports is set to commence the college basketball season on Monday, November 3, featuring a highly anticipated matchup between Villanova and BYU. This game will showcase the consensus No. 1 incoming recruit, A.J. Dybantsa, alongside former Las Vegas high school standout, Xavion Staton. The game is scheduled to begin at 9:30 PM ET and will be broadcast on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max as part of the Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas.

The coverage will continue with three games over two days, starting on Friday, November 14, when DePaul will host Northwestern at 8:30 PM ET. The following day, Saturday, November 15, will feature a doubleheader: Duquesne will visit Villanova at 5:00 PM ET, followed by St. John’s hosting William & Mary at 7:00 PM ET. All of these games will also be available on truTV and HBO Max.

Turner Sports' regular season schedule for BIG EAST men's basketball will include 40 appearances by teams such as St. John’s, Connecticut, Creighton, Xavier, and Marquette, all of which secured spots in the previous season's NCAA Men's Tournament.

The defending BIG EAST champion, St. John’s, will make nine appearances, bolstered by the addition of top transfer Ian Jackson. Noteworthy among their games is a matchup on Saturday, December 13, at 12:00 PM ET against Iona, the former team of Coach Rick Pitino, to be held at Madison Square Garden. The Red Storm's schedule also highlights road games against Xavier on Saturday, January 24 — marking the first encounter of the season between head coaches Richard and Rick Pitino — and Marquette on Wednesday, February 18.

Creighton, which finished as the runner-up in last season's BIG EAST Conference tournament, will feature in seven games across TNT Sports’ networks, with key matchups against Marquette on Tuesday, January 27, and a late-season game versus UConn on Wednesday, February 18, at 9:00 PM ET.

In addition to their BIG EAST conference schedule, both St. John’s and Creighton will participate in the Players Era Men’s Championship, which will be aired exclusively on TNT Sports networks and platforms during Thanksgiving Week, from November 24 to November 27.

Connecticut's revamped roster, which includes top recruit freshman guard Braylon Mullins, will also have seven appearances, highlighted by a game against Butler on Wednesday, February 11, at the historic Hinkle Fieldhouse, marking a homecoming for Mullins, who hails from Indiana.

Kim English’s Providence team is set to make 10 appearances on Turner Sports this season, aiming to make a significant impact following the acquisition of transfers Jason Edwards and Jaylin Sellers. They will face challenging road games against Connecticut on Tuesday, January 27, and Creighton on Saturday, February 28, as well as home games against St. John’s on Saturday, February 14, and Xavier on Tuesday, February 24.

Other highlights from Turner Sports' schedule include Xavier making 10 appearances, Butler with 9, Villanova with 8, and Marquette, DePaul, and Georgetown each with 7 appearances. Seton Hall will have five appearances throughout the season.

- Women's:

In a notable development, Turner Sports, in collaboration with the BIG EAST Conference, will launch its inaugural coverage of women’s regular-season basketball for the 2025-26 season beginning on Wednesday, November 12. The 15-game schedule will kick off with the defending NCAA National Champion Connecticut Huskies, led by Sarah Strong and Azzi Fudd, facing off against Loyola Chicago on truTV and HBO Max at 7:30 PM ET.

Connecticut will feature in a total of eight games on Turner Sports’ networks during the women's basketball regular season, including a pivotal conference matchup against the Creighton Bluejays on Sunday, January 11, at 2:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max, showcasing the only two seeded Big East teams from the previous season's NCAA Tournament.

Additional matchups for Connecticut include a game against Butler on Sunday, December 28, at 4:00 PM ET, two games against Georgetown (Thursday, January 22 at 7:30 p.m. on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max; and Thursday, February 26 at 7:00 PM ET on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max), a road game against DePaul on Wednesday, February 4, at 8:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max, and two games against St. John’s (Wednesday, January 7, at 7:30 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max, and their regular season finale on Sunday, March 1, on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max).

Creighton, which has enjoyed its most successful two-year period in program history and has completely revamped its roster with seven new players, will make six total appearances this season. Their first game on Turner Sports’ platforms will occur on Sunday, December 28, against Georgetown at 6:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max, concluding the network’s doubleheader that day. The regular season will continue with matchups against Marquette (on Thursday, January 8, at 8:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max), Seton Hall (on Sunday, February 1, at 3:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max), Villanova (on Sunday, February 15, at 5:00 PM ET on truTV and HBO Max), and Providence (on Thursday, February 26, at 9 p.m. on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max).

Additional scheduled matchups on Turner Sports’ networks include Villanova at Providence on Sunday, January 11, at Noon on truTV and HBO Max, and Marquette at Georgetown as the second game of a doubleheader on Sunday, February 1, at 5 p.m. on truTV and HBO Max.

Big 12:

In addition to BIG EAST men's and women's games, Turner Sports will have coverage of Big 12 men's basketball regularly throughout the season.

On Monday, November 3, at 7:00 PM ET, the defending NCAA national champion #3 Florida Gators will face off against the #13 Arizona Wildcats. The Gators will showcase their strong roster, which includes key transfers Boogie Fland and Xaivian Lee, alongside returning stars Alex Condon and Thomas Haugh from last season’s championship team. Meanwhile, the Wildcats will feature their second-ranked recruiting class, highlighted by five-star recruits Koa Peat and Brayden Burries, along with guard Bryce James.

TNT Sports will continue its opening week of men’s college basketball coverage later in the week with consecutive nights of Big 12 non-conference matchups airing on TNT, truTV, and HBO Max.

On Thursday, November 6, the TCU Horned Frogs will host the St. Francis (PA) Red Flash at 8:00 PM ET from Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

On Friday, November 7, #13 Arizona will compete against the visiting Utah Tech Trailblazers at 9:00 PM ET from the McKale Memorial Center in Tucson, Arizona.
