2017 - 2018 NHL on NBC Schedule

NBC Sports Group released their national TV schedule for the 2017-18 season on Monday morning. Now, we have the schedule for the NHL on NBC, the NHL's official over-the-air TV partner. Due to the Olympics this February, NBC is only scheduled to air 12 games this season. NBC will televise the Thanksgiving Showdown presented by Discover, the 2018 NHL Winter Classic from Citi Field, the 2018 NHL All-Star Game from Tampa & the 2018 NHL Stadium Series game between Toronto and Washington. Of course, NBC will be airing their signature NHL Game of the Week package starting in January and running throughout the end of the season, primarily on Sunday afternoons. NBC's coverage will begin on Friday, November 24th with Discover Thanksgiving Showdown between the Penguins and Bruins at 1:00 p.m. ET.
