• Following the conclusion of the WNBA’s 30th season, we move on to the 2026 WNBA Playoffs presented by Google Pixel, beginning with First Round action on Sunday, September 27. The first round will be a best-of-three series (with the team that wins TWO games advancing to the best-of-five semifinals).

• Six of the eight clubs that qualified for the postseason last year return to the playoff field in 2026.

• First Round series include (8) Liberty vs. (1) Lynx, (5) Mystics vs. (4) Dream, (7) Wings vs. (2) Valkyries, (6) Fever vs. (3) Aces.

• ABC/ESPN, USA Network/CNBC, and Prime Video will combine to televise each of the first round matchups.

• Can A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces capture their fourth WNBA championship in five seasons?

Hello, everybody! With the 2026 WNBA regular season finished, we get set to tip off the 2026 WNBA Playoffs presented by Google Pixel on Sunday, September 27, with four first-round contests scheduled throughout the afternoon and evening on ABC, Prime Video, and USA Network.

Jackie Young and the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces come into postseason play sizzling hot, winning their final seven regular-season matchups. The Minnesota Lynx start the postseason as the No. 1 seed for the second straight season. The Golden State Valkyries won their final regular-season game to capture the No. 2 seed. Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream (No. 4 seed) make the postseason for the fourth consecutive year.
