• Additional NFL live content on Netflix in 2026 — including more regular season games & a Christmas doubleheader.

• The first-ever NFL regular season game in Australia — San Francisco 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams — will be on Thursday, September 10 at 8:35 PM ET. 

Netflix’s NFL offerings are set to grow beginning in 2026, with more games, holidays, and divisional rivalries, from the opening week of the regular season through the regular season’s conclusion in Week 18.

Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season features the league’s first-ever regular-season game in Australia on Thursday, September 10, as Mike Evans and the San Francisco 49ers are set to battle Davante Adams and the Los Angeles Rams in a NFC West showdown from the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia (8:35 PM ET).

Going into the holiday season, Netflix is your home for the first-ever Thanksgiving Eve game on Wednesday, November 25. On that night, we will have an NFC showdown streamed exclusively on Netflix as Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers visit Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT.

Continuing Netflix’s new Christmas Day tradition, Netflix will stream a pair of live NFL games on Christmas Day — Friday, December 25. To lead things off, Edgerrin Cooper and the Green Bay Packers clash with Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears in an NFC North matchup at 1:00 PM ET/12:00 PM CT. Later in the afternoon, we will see a 2025 AFC Divisional Playoff rematch as DJ Moore and the Buffalo Bills square off against Pat Surtain II and the Denver Broncos at 4:30 PM ET/2:30 PM MT.

A new wrinkle in the Netflix schedule is the addition of a Saturday Week 18 game on January 9. This game, featuring a matchup to be announced later, will kick off at 1:00 PM ET, with teams in the playoff hunt (hopefully).

Netflix has recently announced a four-year partnership with the National Football League (NFL), which will see Netflix stream a Week 1 game, a Thanksgiving Eve game, at least one Christmas Day game, and the Week 18 regular-season Saturday matchup.
