Highlights of the Week #2 edition of the "NFL on Fox: Field Pass" include:
- Five games make up Fox's Week #2 NFL Doubleheader coverage — Giants vs. Cowboys (1:00 PM ET), Seahawks vs. Steelers (1:00 PM ET), Bears vs. Lions (1:00 PM ET), 49ers vs. Saints (1:00 PM ET), & Eagles vs. Chiefs (4:25 PM ET).
- Two Super Bowl rematches on Fox's Week #2 slate — Seahawks vs. Steelers (Super Bowl XL) & Eagles vs. Chiefs (Super Bowl LVII & Super Bowl LIX).
- "Fox NFL Sunday" expands to two hours as the iconic pregame show heads to Kansas City to preview the Super Bowl LIX rematch, Eagles vs. Chiefs, beginning at 11:00 AM ET.

- Super Bowl LIX Rematch on "America's Game of the Week": In a special treat, Fox's first "America's Game of the Week" game will be seen by the entire country as Saquon Barkley and the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles visit Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, September 14, at 4:25 PM ET on Fox.
Yeah, I get it. Although it is only Week #2, the NFL on Fox is pleased to present its first doubleheader of the season this Sunday (September 14), featuring a significant interconference showdown as the main event. "America's Game of the Week" spotlights the Super Bowl LIX rematch as Jalen Hurts and the reigning champion Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) square off against Chris Jones and the Kansas City Chiefs (0-1) at 4:25 PM ET. Of course, Fox will provide wall-to-wall coverage of this potential 'game of the year" with "Fox NFL Sunday" airing a live two-hour pregame show (11:00 AM ET) before the game itself gets underway later in the day.
Before the Eagles face the Chiefs, Fox will provide regional coverage at 1:00 PM ET, featuring games such as the Giants against the Cowboys, the Seahawks versus the Steelers, the Bears against the Lions, and the 49ers against the Saints. Julian Love and the Seattle Seahawks (0-1) make the long trip to Pittsburgh for this interconference meeting against Jalen Ramsey and the Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0) on Sunday, September 14 at 1:00 PM ET on Fox. In Week #1, the Seahawks lost to the 49ers 17-13. Last week, the Steelers captured a 34-32 win over the Jets. Seahawks QB Sam Darnold passed for 150 yards with an 87.2 rating in his Seahawks debut vs. the 49ers in Week 1. Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet had his 10th-career rushing touchdown last week vs. San Francisco. In his Steelers debut last week, Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers recorded his 28th career game with at least four touchdown passes and no interceptions, tied with Tom Brady for the most in NFL history. 🎤 Play-by-play commentator Adam Amin teams up with analyst and former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez and reporter Kristina Pink for the broadcast call.
Two NFC North clubs lock horns in Week #2 as Caleb Williams and the winless Chicago Bears (0-1) tangle with Amon-Ra St. Brown and the Detroit Lions (0-1) on Sunday, September 14 at 1:00 PM ET on Fox. In the Bears' last game, Chicago blew a late 11-point lead against the Vikings, losing 27-24 on MNF. The Lions started the 2025 season with a 27-13 loss in Green Bay last Sunday. Bears QB Caleb Williams had 268 yards (210 pass, 58 rush) & 2 TDs (1 pass, 1st-career rush TD) in Week 1. Bears QB D'Andre Swift had 65 scrimmage yards in Week 1 vs. the Vikings. Lions DB Brian Branch had his 16th-career tackle for loss last week vs. the Packers, tied 3rd-most among DBs since 2023. Brian Robinson Jr. and the San Francisco 49ers (1-0) play their second consecutive road game to begin the new campaign, as they will be in New Orleans for a Week 2 matchup against Alontae Taylor and the New Orleans Saints (0-1) on Sunday, September 14 at 1:00 PM ET on Fox. In Week #1, the 49ers obtained a 17-13 win over the Seahawks at Lumen Field in Seattle. In Week #1, the Saints lost 20-13 to the Cardinals at the Casears Superdome in New Orleans. 49ers TE George Kittle recorded four receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown vs. the Seahawks in Week 1. Since 2022, San Francisco has limited opponents to 141 red zone drives (tied with the Chargers for the fewest in the league during this span). Saints DE Cameron Jordan is set to play in his 228th career game, tied for the most in Saints franchise history. Two-time Super Bowl champion S Justin Reid made his Saints debut last week vs. the Cardinals. 🎤 Sunday's 49ers vs. Saints game will be televised by Fox, with play-by-play announcer Kevin Kugler, analyst and three-time Super Bowl champion Daryl "Moose" Johnston, & reporter Allison Williams as the broadcast team.
Trent McDuffie and the Kansas City Chiefs (0-1) host Quinyon Mitchell and the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) on Sunday, September 14, at 4:25 PM ET on Fox. Fox begins their "America's Game of the Week" lineup with a marquee game. The Chiefs head into this matchup on the heels of a hard-fought 27-21 loss to the Chargers in Brazil last week, a game that tested their resolve and highlighted areas needing improvement. Meanwhile, the Eagles opened the season last Thursday with a banner-raising ceremony and a 24-20 win over the Cowboys. Last year, the clubs played in Super Bowl LIX down in New Orleans, where the Eagles defeated the Chiefs 40-22 to earn the franchise's second Super Bowl championship. Eagles QB Jalen Hurts totaled 293 yards (221 passing, 72 rushing) and three touchdowns (two passing, one rushing) to earn Super Bowl MVP honors. Since Patrick Mahomes became the Chiefs' starter in 2018, Kansas City has more home wins (45) than any other team in the NFL.
