Hello, everyone! Welcome to Week #12 of the NBA: Summer Series — Full Court Press! This week, we’ll cover 13 national games across various Summer Series broadcast platforms, including Prime Video (1 game), ABC (2 games), ESPN (2 games), and NBC/Peacock/NBCSN (8 games). As Labor Day weekend approaches, the race to reach the postseason intensifies π₯. The Oklahoma City Thunder (30-6) and Detroit Pistons (26-9) kick off the week as the top seeds in their conferences. Meanwhile, can the Los Angeles Clippers (12-22), following a poor 6-21 start, find a way to make the postseason? A marquee East clash awaits us at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit as Josh Hart and the New York Knicks (23-12) square off with Jalen Duren and the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons (26-9) on Monday, August 31 at 7:00 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN. The two teams previously met during the 2025 NBA Playoffs, with the Knicks claiming victory in six games. Four of those games were decided in the last possession of the game.
Monday’s Knicks at Pistons broadcast team on Peacock features play-by-play announcer and current Philadelphia 76ers lead TV voice Kate Scott, Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer and former Detroit Piston (1994-2000) Grant Hill, and sideline reporter Ashley ShahAhmadi.
