"Fox NFL Sunday" will have interviews with NFL newsmakers, analysis, and predictions leading up to kickoff.

Two of the three remaining unbeaten teams in the NFC clash as Jamel Dean and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-0) host Kelee Ringo and the reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) on Sunday, September 28, at 1:00 PM ET on Fox, with play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt, analyst and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, reporter Erin Andrews, and reporter Tom Rinaldi announcing the action. The Eagles erased a 19-point second-half deficit, punctuated by Jordan Davis' TD off a blocked winning field-goal try, for a 33-26 win over the Rams in Week 3.

After Detroit's convincing win on Monday night, can Jahmyr Gibbs and the Detroit Lions (2-1) get their second win in less than a week against Myles Garrett and the visiting Cleveland Browns (1-2)? The Browns vs. Lions matchup, scheduled for a 1:00 PM ET start on Sunday, September 28, on Fox, has Kenny Albert (play-by-play), Super Bowl champion Jonathan Vilma (analyst), & Megan Olivi (reporter) describing the action from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. The Browns are fresh off a crazy win last week vs. the Packers, defeating Green Bay 13-10 thanks to K Andre Szmyt's game-winning 55-yard field goal as regulation time ended. The Lions vanquished the Ravens 38-30 on "Monday Night Football" last week. Now, the Lions play the Browns on a short week. The Browns' defense leads the NFL this year in total defense (204.3 yards per game) and run defense (57.3 yards per game). Browns DE Myles Garrett is tied for second in the NFL with four sacks. The Lions have the most fourth-down conversions in the league since 2021 (57.2%), when current head coach Dan Campbell began his tenure there. Following a devastating injury in 2024, Lions DL Aidan Hutchinson has ROARED back in the spotlight with two sacks through three games.

A pair of 1-2 clubs play in Week #4 as Derrick Brown and the Carolina Panthers (1-2) take a trip to Foxborough, Massachusetts, to battle Stefon Diggs and the New England Patriots (1-2) on Sunday, September 28, at 1:00 PM ET on Fox, featuring play-by-play commentator Chris Myers, analyst and three-time Super Bowl champion Mark Schlereth, and sideline reporter Jennifer Hale. Carolina enters Week #4 after last week's shutout 30-0 win over Atlanta for their first victory of the season. New England dropped a 21-14 decision to the Steelers last week at Gillette Stadium. Bryce Young and the Panthers look to continue the momentum from last week's dominant win over the Falcons. Carolina has at least one interception in each of their three game contests this season. The Patriots were 4-for-5 on fourth downs in Week 3. So far, New England has yet to allow a team to obtain 100 yards rushing against them. Last week, the Steelers were limited to 64 rushing yards as a team.

An important interconference is set to unfold at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, as Josh Hines-Allen and the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1) link up with Ricky Pearsall and the undefeated San Francisco 49ers (3-0) on Sunday, September 28, at 4:05 PM ET on Fox, with Adam Amin (play-by-play) teaming up with analyst and NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez and reporter Kristina Pink for the game call. The Jaguars bested the Texans 17-10 in Week #3. San Francisco, meanwhile, walked off the Cardinals with an Eddy Pinero field goal as time expired last week, 16-15. The Jaguars lead the NFL with seven interceptions and nine takeaways through the first three weeks, including multiple interceptions in each game. Jaguars WR/DB Travis Hunter (rookie) had a season-high six tackles last week vs. the Texans. The 49ers can start 3-0 for the third time (2019 and 2023, with both of those seasons ending in a Super Bowl appearance) since current head coach Kyle Shanahan was hired in 2017. 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey had his 12th career game with at least 10 receptions, which is the most by a running back in NFL history.

Charvarius Ward and the Indianapolis Colts (3-0) chase down their fourth consecutive win vs. Puka Nacua and the Los Angeles Rams (2-1) on Sunday, September 28, at 4:05 PM ET on Fox, with play-by-play announcer Kevin Kugler, analyst and three-time Super Bowl champion Daryl "Moose" Johnston, and reporter Allison Williams. The Colts trounced the Titans 41-20 in Nashville last week for the club's third straight win. Meanwhile, the Rams try to recover following last week's heartbreaking 33-26 loss in Philadelphia, where K Joshua Karty's potential game-winning field goal was blocked and returned by Eagles DT Jordan Davis for the game-winning touchdown. The Colts can start 4-0 for the first time since 2009 with a victory in Inglewood this weekend. Colts RB Jonathan Taylor leads the league with 338 rushing yards and 431 scrimmage yards entering play in Week 4. Rams star WR Puka Nacua currently leads the NFL with 29 receptions and 333 receiving yards. He had 11 catches for 112 yards in last week's loss to the Eagles. During Week #3, the former BYU and Washington wide receiver became the fifth player all-time with at least 10 receptions and 100 receiving yards in six games within his first three career seasons, joining Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase (seven games), Vikings WR Justin Jefferson (seven games), NFL wide receiver Michael Thomas (seven games), former NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (six games).

The Commanders come off a 41-21 victory over the Raiders last week behind backup quarterback Marcus Mariota. Second-year starter Jayden Daniels missed the game due to a knee injury.

Donte Jackson and the undefeated Los Angeles Chargers (3-0) look to remain undefeated as the Chargers fly out to the East Coast to play rookie QB Jaxson Dart and the New York Giants (0-3) on Sunday, September 28, at 1:00 PM ET on CBS, called by veteran play-by-play commentator Kevin Harlan, analyst and former NFL quarterback Trent Green, and reporter Melanie Collins. The Chargers, who lead the AFC West after three weeks, defeated the Broncos 23-20 at SoFi Stadium last Sunday. The Giants fell 22-9 to the Chiefs on "Sunday Night Football" last week. The Chargers are 3-0 for the first time since 2002, when they won their first four games of the season. Chargers S Derwin James Jr. had 10 solo tackles, a sack, and a career-best four tackles for loss in last week's win vs. the Broncos. This week's game marks the NFL debut for Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart (from Ole Miss), replacing Russell Wilson, who was benched. Saints DE Cameron Jordan has brought 49 players to the ground over the course of his long career. If Cam Jordan gets a sack on Bills QB Josh Allen on Sunday, he will be the 50th man that Jordan has brought down. Since his NFL arrival in 2017, Saints RB Alvin Kamara ranks second in yards from scrimmage with 11,744 yards (only trailing Ravens RB Derrick Henry - 12,709). Bills RB James Cook III has rushed for a touchdown in seven consecutive regular-season games, tying the franchise record. Entering this week, the Bills have run 574 straight plays without a turnover. Since 1950, that is the longest streak by any NFL team.

Two AFC South rivals get together in Week 4 as Roger McCreary and the Tennessee Titans (0-3) take on Christian Kirk and the Houston Texans (0-3), as both sides attempt to grab a much-needed win following a dismal start to 2025, on Sunday, September 28, at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. The Ravens boast the NFL's top offense through three weeks (111 points scored), but sit at 1-2 after a prime-time loss to Detroit.

DJ Moore and the Chicago Bears (1-2) clash with Maxx Crosby and the Las Vegas Raiders (1-2) on Sunday, September 28, at 4:25 PM ET on CBS, as play-by-play commentator Spero Dedes, former NFL safety Adam Archuleta, and reporter Aditi Kinkhabwala provide commentary. MLB on Fox: On Deck — The final Saturday of the regular season features a pair of matchups that will impact the playoff picture: Josh Jung and the Texas Rangers vs. Brayan Rocchio and the Cleveland Guardians or Will Benson and the Cincinnati Reds vs. Christian Yelich and the Milwaukee Brewers | Saturday, September 27 at 7:00 PM ET on Fox

Highlights for this week's "MLB on Fox: On Deck" article include:
  • The final week of the 2025 MLB regular season continues on Saturday, September 27, with the final edition of "Baseball Night in America", beginning at 7:00 PM ET — Reds vs. Brewers or Rangers vs. Guardians.
  • Matt McLain and the Cincinnati Reds try to keep their postseason hopes alive against Caleb Durbin and the NL Central champion Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, September 27, at 7:00 PM ET on Fox.
  • Jake Burger leads the Texas Rangers against Steven Kwan and the Cleveland Guardians (trying to finish a remarkable late-season push to potentially snatch the AL Central away from the Tigers) on Saturday, September 27, at 7:00 PM ET on Fox.

The last week of the 2025 MLB regular season has arrived, and that means our "MLB on Fox: On Deck" weekly article series is sadly coming to an end. It has been a privilege and a joy to write these articles for you all season. Thank you so much for reading and commenting on these. It makes me happy to see my work being noticed by sports fans all across the country.

With that in mind, the MLB on Fox concludes their 30th regular season of MLB coverage with one last edition of "Baseball Night in America" on Saturday, September 27, beginning at 7:00 PM ET. Fox will split two game broadcasts across the nation. Many of you will see Elly De La Cruz and the Cincinnati Reds take on Jackson Chourio and the Milwaukee Brewers. Others will see an American League matchup between Joc Pederson and the Texas Rangers against Austin Hedges and the Cleveland Guardians. Which game will you see and who's announcing the action this Saturday? Find out now with this final 2025 edition of "MLB on Fox: On Deck".

Two National League Central squads finish the regular season against each other as Jose Trevino and the Cincinnati Reds travel to American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to play Blake Perkins and the 2025 NL Central champion Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, September 27, at 7:00 PM ET on Fox, featuring play-by-play commentator Alex Faust and analyst and 2005 World Series champion AJ Pierzynski. Somehow, the Cincinnati Reds are still alive for a playoff spot in the National League thanks to the Mets' late-season meltdown. By the way, Cincinnati has a tiebreaker over the Mets in case the squads share the same record at the end of the regular season. This is a must-win series for Cincinnati to keep its dreams alive of making the 2025 playoff field. As for Milwaukee, they have already clinched a first-round bye and the NL Central title. What's left for them to do? Get the #1 seed and home-field advantage through the NLDS and the NLCS. One win during this series and the Brewers will have it.

Two American League teams meet in Cleveland as Ezequiel Durán and the Texas Rangers square off against Angel Martinez and the Cleveland Guardians on Saturday, September 27, at 7:00 PM ET on Fox, as Wayne Randazzo (play-by-play), Hall of Famer John Smoltz (analyst), and Emmy Award winner Ken Rosenthal (reporter) provide coverage. The Rangers were eliminated from the postseason earlier this week, so this game and series are meaningless. However, the Guardians have a chance to finish off an amazing story that nobody saw coming. In early July, the Guardians trailed the Tigers by 15 1/2 games. And now, Cleveland is tied with Detroit for the AL Central lead entering the last regular season weekend. The Guardians own a head-to-head tiebreaker with the Tigers in case they finish the regular season tied with the same record.
