🞺 NBC/Peacock, Peacock/NBCSN:
NBC Sports continues its live regular-season NBA: Summer Series coverage with seven games across its platforms this week, including an “On The Bench” Peacock NBA Monday doubleheader, a Coast 2 Coast Tuesday doubleheader, a rare Wednesday doubleheader on Peacock and NBCSN, and of course, the Sunday Night Basketball game of the week (Lakers vs. 76ers).

On Monday, July 27, NBC Sports will premiere its first-ever “On The Bench” doubleheader on Peacock and NBCSN, featuring the Bulls visiting the Magic (7:30 PM ET) and the Suns squaring off against the scorching-hot Lakers (10:00 PM ET). NBC Sports’ “On The Bench” brings a fresh take on sports coverage. Each team gets its own analyst who sits courtside, right with the team. This setup lets analysts dive deep into the action and share insights directly from the bench.

Bulls (9-10) vs. Magic (12-8) — Monday, 7:30 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN:
Desmond Bane, who was a first-round pick back in 2020, and the Orlando Magic (12-8) welcome Josh Giddey, who ranks third in the NBA in assists (9.3 APG), and the Chicago Bulls (9-10) to Kia Center in Orlando, Florida, on Monday, July 27, at 7:30 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN.

The Magic beat the Eastern Conference-leading Pistons on Friday afternoon, led by Bane’s season-high 37 points and 21 points from Franz Wagner. Orlando enters Monday’s game winners of five of their previous six games, including wins over the 76ers, Knicks, Clippers, and Warriors. The Bulls lost to the Pacers on Saturday, despite Giddey’s tremendous performance (17 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists).

NBC Sports’ Michael Grady (play-by-play) provides commentary for Bulls-Magic alongside eight-time NBA All-Star Vince Carter (analyst) and Austin Rivers (analyst) as game analysts. Rivers will be dedicated to the Bulls, while Carter (who played for the Magic in 2009-2010 and lives in Florida) will cover the Magic.

Suns (12-9) vs. Lakers (15-4) — Monday, 10:00 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN:
Two-time All-NBA selection Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns (12-9) visit 22-time NBA All-Star LeBron James, six-time NBA All-Star Luka Dončić and the Los Angeles Lakers (15-4) on Monday, July 27, at 10:00 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN.

Dončić continued his incredible start to the year, dropping 34 points. At the same time, Austin Reaves, in the middle of a career season, added 33 points in the Lakers’ Sunday night win over the Pelicans (that was televised by NBC/Peacock). The Suns dropped Saturday’s contest to the Nuggets in Phoenix. Devin Booker is the Suns’ all-time leader in points scored.

NBC Sports’ Noah Eagle (play-by-play) calls play-by-play for Suns-Lakers, with Robbie Hummel (Suns) and five-time NBA champion Derek Fisher (Lakers) serving as “On The Bench” game analysts.

Tuesday’s meeting marks the 500th time that the Knicks and the Celtics have played against each other (the most all-time matchups between a pair of NBA clubs). In the previous 499 games, the teams are separated by just 3.3 ppg, with the Knicks winning the only regular season game thus far 105-95, thanks to Jalen Brunson’s 31 points.

Calling Knicks-Celtics will be play-by-play announcer Mike Tirico, analyst and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Grant Hill, and reporter Zora Stephenson.

Thunder (20-1) vs. Warriors (11-10) — Tuesday, 10:30 PM ET on NBC and Peacock:

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander already has 17 30-point games this year, which is FIVE more than any other NBA player. This great 2026 Thunder team kinda reminds you of the 2016 Warriors, the last team to start 20-1 or better (Golden State would finish that season with a 73-9 record).
