The 2015 - 2016 NBA schedule was released last night, and with that we now have the slate of action for ABC. ABC is entering its 14th season (of its second stint) covering the the NBA. ABC's coverage will begin on Friday, December 25th, with a Christmas Day doubleheader: Bulls-Thunder followed by Cavaliers-Warriors. ABC's coverage will have one NEW flaw in it starting this season. ABC will air bi-weekly Saturday night games starting in January, effectively replacing the old Sunday doubleheaders (save for Christmas). Overall, ABC is expected to air 16 games this season, mostly on Saturdays/Sundays. Mike Breen, Jeff Van Gundy, and Mark Jackson, the same lead team for ESPN, will reinforce that role here..
