The following page will keep track of every season in NBA: Summer Series history. The Summer Series was started back in 1977, and has been contested every single season since. The 2025 season will mark the 49th season for the franchise, with the historic 50th anniversary season of the Summer Series scheduled for the 2026 season.
Over the years, the Summer Series matchups have aired on PRISM (1977-1997), Comcast SportsNet (CSN) (1998-2002), with games currently on ESPN and ABC (2003-present).
